A Gloomy Tuesday <3

^ ten hours of rain sounds nice huh :D

It was a gloomy Tuesday, and the class was about to end as there was only 10 minutes left. The class was silent which matched the grey and boring atmosphere and you sat there listening to the clock ticking. Tick tock tick tock. You sat by the huge glass window panel and you looked to see what was outside. The sky became more darker and gloomier, you said to yourself could this day get any worse. The clouds gathered around and slowly started to rain, you could hear the rain drumming along the window. It was a beautiful sound, the rain gradually got louder, draining the sound of the clock ticking. You were so lost in your thoughts that the bell had already rung, and you were the only one sat in the classroom, by yourself. The teacher had already left and it was just you sat by yourself staring at the beautiful scenery created by the weather. You looked around the classroom, most of the seats were empty except one. It was the new girl/boy. They were also looking outside, it seemed as if they were feeling as gloomy as the weather. They looked at the weather with a gaze, which made your heart flutter. That's weird you thought. You slowly got up, trying not to disturb the other classmate. You slowly tucked your chair trying your hardest to not make a sound and slowly grabbed your bag. The rain was pouring heavily and they were so lost with their thoughts they didn't realise. It was only when you got to the door, to leave them in peace, they called out your name. "Y/N" You turned around, with a surprised look on your face. How does he/she know my name? 

He/She said "Wait for me" they slowly got up, and reached for their bag which was neatly tucked beside their chair. You could hear the clock ticking again, tick tock tick tock. They then put on their coat with such elegance, as if they were moving with the rain. They walked up to you and smiled, their eyes beaming with a glow and reached out their hand to open the door for you. "After you" they said, with a smile. You smiled back and walked past them replying with a "thank you". You both headed for the school gates, and it seeds like both of you were the only ones there. It was still raining, and the rain was much louder outside, it tapped along the walls of the school with a rhythm.

The raindrops slowly touched your hair and dripped along your face. Damn it I forgot my umbrella you said to yourself. You stood there in the cold, your hair dancing with the wind. It was a soft breeze but it made you shiver. They walked beside you and stood next to you, it was just you two in the rain. "Hey! Aren't you cold?" He/she walked to face you, with a concerned look on their face. Her/his face was beautiful, it was like an angel had come straight down from heaven. Their hair blowing freely into the wind yet it still remained perfect. "Huh? Me, oh I'm fine. It's just a little rain, heh no harm will happen" you said with a reassuring smile on your face. The rain became more aggressive and poured faster causing you to become more cold that your body started to shiver. "Also I've never quite caught your name"  you said awkwardly, of course it would be awkward, they have been in your class for at least 2 weeks and yet you still don't know their name. "Oh my name is (whatever you choose)" they said with a smile. That smile made your heart beat faster. You didn't say anything after that, that smile captured you completely, your eyes locked. It was as if you were falling in a trance or just falling for them that caused you to shiver. Suddenly the sound of thunder made you jump causing you to bump into them. Your legs suddenly wobbled, which made you lose your balance. They quickly wrapped their arms around you to stop you from falling, or hurting yourself. Your legs are now drenched with the rainwater. Well thats fucking great :D    The cold water made you shiver even more, causing your body to become more cold. Somehow they realised you were cold and they clutched you tight, your heart was beating even more faster. Your head had perfectly rested on to their chest, you could feel their heartbeat race. Their embrace had magically calmed you down and stopped you from shivering. You felt as if time had suddenly slowed down and it was just you two. You wished you could stay like this forever, but you only just met. You felt safe in their arms, it's like all your problems had drifted away with the clouds.

You realise you had been in their arms for so long you let go, trying not to look them in the eye. You slowly looked up and they were looking at you with a look you can't describe, the thunder roared with fear, but it didn't matter because you felt safe with him/her. They laughed causing you to smile like an idiot, why am I having butterflies??!!# . They moved closer to you, you stepped back wondering what would happen, they took off their bag and crouched down to open it. You couldn't stop looking at them, their beauty had captured you. They got up and you quickly averted your gaze to the tree on the school grounds causing you to blush furiously. "Here, take it. You might need it!"  They said, as they held out an umbrella. You reached out your hand to grab it, your fingers accidentally touched. Your fingers froze at the touch, and a spark lighted within you. Their hands were warm and you could feel shivers going through your arm. It felt as if time has slowed down, it was just you two in the rain. You slowly lifted your head and  looked in their eyes, and they were looking right at you. Their eyes were beautiful, it shined so brightly even though the sky was dark and grey.  You quickly looked away before it was obvious you were blushing like a fool. You quickly grabbed the umbrella, and you could hear the rain tapping on the umbrella and the cold breeze travelled all around your body. "T-thank you (their name)" you said. "See you tomo- tomomo- uh tomorrow." You said stammering. Why am I stammering? you thought to yourself. They again smiled and turned around "see you Y/N'' they walked down the stairs one at a time, and you stood there in shock.
