My mom asked me to sit down for a movie called ice age it was her favorite movie as a kid. We were watching the movie then my mom and me jumped from a loud noise it was someone banging on the door. My mom said " go up stairs now" I asked "why mom" she said "now" I ran upstairs without looking back I hid in the vent were no one can see me and then these two big guys with suits come in and one says "where's my money"my mom says "I don't have your money yet" the other pulls out a gun and shoots my mom right in her head I yelped and one asked "did u hear that" the other said "lets check the house" they went upstairs passing me and says "all clear" and leaves. This is the first book I feel confident about it is vary tense so keep reading
