For as long as i could remember I would train
"Steady your breathing Aiko"
"Is this the best you can do Aiko"
"Your apart of the Suzuki clan you can do better than this"
My father was the former ice hashira. ice breathing has been passed down in the Suzuki clan for generations so nobody else has learned it except the people that are apart of the Suzuki clan. Which means that if I don't become the next ice hashira nobody else can. For as long as I could remember my father had a very close friend named Mizu Tomioka. He wasn't a hashira tho he had the strength to be one Mizu did not want to be a Hashira. Since my father and mizu were close friends they would come to our house very often. Whenever i trained Mizu and his son would be with us the name of his son was.....Giyu tomioka. Giyu's goal was to be a hashira- The next water hashira. Giyu would learn water breathing white i learned ice breathing (sometimes me and giyu would do close combat training and fight each other).
"All right were gonna start with combat training get in position. I'm assuming you remembered the rules?" Mizu said while he stared at us both curios.
"yes" we both whined getting tired of him asking that question every time were about to do combat training."
Combat training rules
1. No using ice breathing or water breathing.
2. You can win if your opponent gives up or if they stay on the ground for more than 3 seconds.
3. You by no means can kill the person.
Giyu started the first move coming straight at me with his wooden sword (during training we use wooden swords) I deflected it with ease
"Is that you got?" I asked curiously while looking into his deep ever lasting ocean eyes.
His eyes kind of remind me of his personality
"That was just a warm up!" he said proud of himself.
I went in next and tried a thrust move but of course he blocked it
"You underestimated me" He said.
"Your right I did" I admitted.
we both went in but jumped back quickly. He punched me in the stomach with a quick movement. While i kicked him in the middle of his back.
Why is his back so bonny?
We both kicked/punched each other at the same time. We both fell after the attack's we got from each other. Me and Giyu kept giggling non-stop
"Y-know he's kind of cute when he giggles happy".
"What?" Giyu asked confused.
FRICK I MENT TO SAY THAT IN MY HEAD NOT OUT LOUD.
"U-u-umm that bunny is u-um really cute". I replied in relief
"Oh yes i agree" he said in a gentle voice that was very calming.
"Wanna go on a walk Aiko?"
"Sure!" I said exited
"Lets go tell Mizu and my father (Dai Suzuki is her fathers name) that were gonna head out."
We both walked to where my house was and told our parents. Me and Giyu headed out we stared at each others eyes for what seemed like forever then both turned our heads around flustered.
"hey do "you hear that Aiko?"
"Ya it sounds like someone's swinging a sword"
we quickly hid behind some bushes and saw a man with a red mask and a teen that looked the same age as us with peach colored hair and beautiful cloudy grey eyes.
"Sabito fix your-"
The masked man cut of his sentence and then turned to the bushes and asked
"Who are? I know your there come out immediately.
me and Giyu hesitantly came out of the bushes. "Who are you answer my question i will not repeat myself a third time." The red masked man repeated.
TO BE CONTINUED........
a/n: I think you all already know who the masked man is and the guy with the peach colored hair. Try to guess! Anyways hope all of you enjoyed the first chapter of this book! please correct me if I did anything wrong. Should I also add Giyu's POV? One more thing I forgot to add Mizu is like a 2nd father to Aiko. She cares about him dearly. Also Aiko and Giyu were raised together they were very close.(P.S: when the writings in bold its saying someone's thoughts.)
