Chapter 23

Ah Paul, Daniel is so lucky above/side

Paul's POV
"Luna Luna!" two kids yelled as they ran up to us. "Yes kids? What you need?" Daniel asked them as they grabbed his legs. "Can you play with us?" They asked pulling at his legs. "Sure kids, I don't mind." He said smiling at me. "Go have fun Daniel. I will be in my office, mind link me if you need something." I said.

"Ok Paul" he said as the kids pulled him along. I walked inside then upstairs. I head to my office to finish the paperwork I need to finish. I go through each file and read through it then sign my name at the bottom.

After about an hour, I finish the paperwork. I hear the door to my apartment open and I smell my mate. My office door opens and Daniel walks in. "Hey Paul." he said sitting on my lap. "Hey babe." I said then nuzzled his neck.

"Paul we have a unknown wolf outside. The kids are inside safe. The wolf has already beaten 20 of the Warriors but they are only knocked out." Tyler said through the mind link.

"What? I'll be right there." I said back. "Babe stay here. There is a wolf we don't know outside." I said cupping his face. "Ok be careful." he said. I kissed him then headed to the backyard.

I get outside and see the wolf and he's bigger then mine. He's fucking huge. I see a kid, I've haven't seen before, unconscious up against a tree behind the wolf.

I take a step near the wolf and he roars and his eyes glow red. "We aren't going to hurt you. I'm the Alpha of this pack. Can you shift back and we will help you and the kid." I said softly. The wolf shifts back to his human form.

"What's you name?" I asked. He goes to answer but he collapses. "Get them to the clinic now. Put them in the same room as well." I order in my Alpha voice. Tyler and I pick up him up and an Omega picks up the kid.

We get them to the clinic and we put them on the beds. The doctors get to work while we wait outside.

Daniel comes down, "What happened? Did anyone get hurt?" Daniel asked panicked. "20 of the warriors got knocked out but they are fine." I said pulling him into my lap. "Ok" he said putting his face into the crook of my neck.

"Ok, the older kid is awake. You can go in and talk to him. He also is standing, he was only exhausted." The doctor said walking out of the door. Daniel climbs off my lap and I stand up then we both walk into the room. We see the older kid standing by the window.

"Hey, how do you feel?" I asked. He looks at us and then walks over to the other kid and sit down in the chair by the bed. "I asked you a question." I yelled. "Paul calm down." Daniel said pulling my ear. "ok." I said and he lets go of my ear.

"So, kid what's your name?" Daniel asked softly.
