L I L I T H

I wonder what is need to be criminals. I mean seriously if we have a nice family and enough food that's it. The real happiness is helping people. But I can't change anyone's mind.

Getting back in the real world I look around.  I am currently in school with the rest of them. My friends are chatting with each other. Carter is silent as usual. Why he is so cold? He always looks so distant. Always in his world. Can I help him? No, not yet. First, you have to help yourself. Carter is a stone-hearted man, Unlike Marcel is a ball of sunshine. Reha left for her friends as usual. I don't even think that she considers the rest of us as a friend. Bexley is enjoying others' company. I am happy for her. After all of the problems she faced, she deserves to be happy. I am not going to spoil her life due to me. She must live happily from now on.

Then my eyes land on a popular group. My siblings are chatting as usual with each other. My step-siblings are there too. Okay, they have little bit much friends. Then my eyes land on Rian. He is wearing a hoodie. He is in deep thoughts and even he isn't talking to anyone. He was such a happy person what happened to him? Who killed his happiness.

I stood on the stool trying to steal chocolates. I tiptoed on the stool and try to grab the box but it didn't work. So I start jumping on it. Before I can reach the box the kitchen door opens. Accidentally I fell on the floor.

"Ouch." I squeal.

"Oh my god, Danny." I look up and find my third oldest brother Rian. He runs towards me.

It was him. He lifts me and looks at me with a little glare. I smile at him innocently.

"You are stealing again." He asked while crossing his hands on his chest.

"I am hungry," I said in a baby voice.

Rian shook his head in disbelief. He kisses me on the forehead and climbs the stool. He is just a year older than me and yet he can do things that I can't do. He grabs the box and jumps down. I smile at him.

"Let's go before mum and dad come here." He said with a smile.

I nod at him. He grabs my hand and we both walked to our room. He lifted me and put me on the bed then climb up with a box. Before we can open the box. Two figure jumps on the bed out of nowhere.

"You got chocolates." My cousin luke told.

"That's so good." Luke's twin Lucas said with a cheerful tone.

I took the box and glared at them while Rian did the same.

"You won't get this. We work so hard for this." Rian said with a dramatic tone while I agree with him.

"Look we can distribute it or I am going to elders," Luke said with a smirk.

Me and  Rian groan. No.

"You guys are so bad," I said to them.

"Oh, we are honey," Lucas said with a mock voice.

"Alright let's divide this. And why even we need elders." Rian said.

The rest of us nods in agreement. After getting my chocolates I finished them. Rian just eats a few and gives the rest of them to me. I grin and finished them off too.

"Happy." He asked with a smile. I nod at him.

Suddenly then the door opened and aunt walks in with a confused face but her eyes landed on us. She frowns and then shakes her head in skepticism.

We are in trouble.

"Look I knew it. Lilly has a crush on Rian." Bexley's tone gets me out of my flashbacks.

My eyes locked with Rian. Before he can notice me I divert my eyes from him and look at my friends. Shit. That was close. I curse under my breath.

"Oh my god look Rian is looking at you," Teegan said to me.

Damm. I hope he didn't recognize me. I look at Marcel who is looking at rian with jealousy. While carter is clenching his jaw. That's why I don't like boys. Why they got a crush on me. I want to born ugly.

"Maybe you can have a chance to date the hottest boy in the school," Paisley said.

"I can't believe my Lilly is growing up as a woman now," Bexley said with a teasing voice.

"Look I have no crush on Rian," I said defending myself.

"Then why are you looking at Rian like that." Teegan teased.

I am looking at him like a sister looking at her brothers.

You morons.

"Even though Rian is the hottest guy in the school, we can say Lilith is also the hottest girl in school," Paisley said.

"I quite agree on this," Marcel said rolling his eyes.

"Look I have not even a single crush on any of the guys out in this world," I said.

Before they can tease me again someone put a hand on my shoulders stopping everyone in midway. I look beside me only to find a boy with black hair whom I met yesterday. I push his hands off me and glare at him through my hoodie.

"Oh, so you have a crush on Rian." He said to me with a smirk. I roll my eyes.

"What are you doing here Tyler?" Paisley asks nervously while looking at marcel and carter who are glaring at Tyler.

So his name is Tyler.

"Oh, I just come here to my best buddy," Tyler said with a smirk.

"Me? And your best friend." I said to him with disbelief.

"Yeah me and you," Tyler said with a grin.

"Just I didn't beat you it doesn't indicate that I am your friend," I say to him.

"What? He was there too." Teegan's face paled.

"Lilly, Adrian is angry. Just leave the school before he gets you." Tyler said with little worry.

Before I can get more information bell rings. Everyone parted their ways towards their classes.

I feel like something will happen.
