Blaze POV

I pushed up my hood as I walked from work. It was a ruff night with more fights then usual. I turned left hearing the splashes as my feet hit the ground. Thunder boomed, but I wasn't really worried. Chicago had rain almost always and I was use to it. A lamppost light flickered as I walk by.

I sat underneath the bus stop bench waiting for my ride to my neighborhood. I pushed in my earbuds and turned it up. I leaned back and smiled. This was peaceful. That's when I saw something out the corner of my eye. I turned my head to see a van parked. Eh, doesn't seemed bad. I got up and pulled my hood up more.

Hopefully, I can ask to hitch a ride home instead of waiting anymore. Rain fell on my shoulders and head soaking me slightly. I knocked on the window, but got no answer not even a window roll down. My phone dinged and I checked it.

Get away from the van [Error]

I looked around trying to see anyone on their phone. The streets didn't have a soul on it. I frowned and texted back.

How do you have my number? Who are you?

I leaned against the van still looking for someone on a phone. Still no one. My phone started to buzz signaling a message. I glanced at it.

GET AWAY FROM THE VAN OR WE WILL TAKE TO VIOLENCE! [Error]

I got up and glanced around still searching for somebody. Still no one was seen. Lighting flashed in the distance maiing the sky turn bright blue for a minute. I clenched my jaw and shouted, "WHOEVER IS MESSING WITH ME STOP TEXTING ME!!" The scream echoed around the empty street not a single sound coming back to answer me.

SHUT UP AND GET ON, LOSER!! [Error]

Loser? What is it? Five years old? I felt anger bubbling up inside me. I swung at the van's side making a large dent. That's when I felt a shock. "OW!" I yelled jumping back, but it kept coming. It was in my back pocket. I took out my phone and threw it. The device was sparking and throwing out shocks. It landed in a puddle.

Great, now I need a new phone. I went to pick it up and nudged it with my foot. Nothing came sparking out, so I picked it up and stuck it in my hoodie pocket. I glanced at the van and saw it speeding around a corner. What? I took out my phone and glanced at the broken screen.

Next time, you'll listen to us. [Error]

It sparked and I threw it. The bus came and I went on and paid. I took a seat in the back and gazed out the window. That was strange. No, that was just plain crazy! Who's us? What's Error? What just happened is a better question?
