Part 7- Epilogue
It was years later, seven years later to be exact. Kemma and Isaav were married and Kemma was queen. Kemma had been on the throne for three years, crowned at nineteen when her father fell ill and her mother fell into a depression no longer having the will to run a kingdom.
Isaav was a very good Prince Consort. He was helpful when needed. He was nice to anyone who visited and his input was always valued. The thing he was best at being was a father. It has been two years since Kemma gave birth to their first child. A boy, a boy with grey blonde hair and his father’s brown eyes, who they named Astrum, but nicknamed Aster.
Astrum means star and Kemma wanted it to symbolize that if the sun stopped rising, if the sun stopped shining, the stars would still be there. If all good seems gone you just have to search a bit more for the little bits of good sprinkled around the world. Kemma wanted her son to carry that with him everywhere he went and in his name was the best place. Isaav had agreed. His full name was Astrum Zachary Vetiti and he was two years old now, as well as the heir to the throne.
Kemma missed her sister dearly, but hadn’t seen her since her birthday eight years ago. But the day had come, Kemma had asked her sister to return. She had left a letter with the butcher and the butcher had returned with a letter just last week. It said that Hanni agreed to visit and that she would bring Ahylia. Together they would decide whether or not to share the relationship, and they would if they thought the kingdom was ready for that.
Despite that this was what Hanni had always wanted, and what Kemma had been trying to do for a while, it wasn’t the reason she asked her sister to come. Kemma had missed her sister and didn’t want them to miss anymore of each other's lives.

Hanni held Ahylia’s hand tightly as they walked out of the forest. Over the years Hanni had forgotten what it was like to be out of the constant surroundings of trees. But she wasn’t doing this for her own comfort; it was for Kemma.
Kemma had asked her to come and visit. It had been seven years, and to tell the truth, Hanni wanted to see her, too. According to what Ahylia had found out from her few visits to town was that Kemma was married to Isaav, an old friend of Ahylia’s, and she had a child.
As Ahylia pulled her farther from the forest Hanni’s breathing quickened. Her hair was no longer pink, it was actually blonde with blue streaks now. Ahylia had made a blueberry syrup that was sour so they mixed it into the soap Hanni washed her hair with. It turned her hair blue. Her skin had darkened from the almost constant sun for seven years, and she had aged. She was twenty-four now, she wasn’t very recognizable. But she was the former heir to the throne. Someone had to recognize her.
Before Hanni realized it, Ahylia had led her to the front gates of the palace. The guards opened the gate and Hanni saw her sister. Her little Kemmy Lou had grown up into a fine young woman. Her pale blonde hair reached her waist and her baby face had left, leaving her with a face with soft lines much like their mother’s. By her side was a tall man with golden skin, bronze hair and big brown eyes. On his hip was a child. The child was undoubtedly theirs. The little boy with the same blonde hair as Kemma and the brown eyes of the man.
Hanni ran into Kemma’s waiting arms, and as they hugged, Hanni felt at ease. Kemma pulled back and smiled at Hanni, pulled Isaav closer to her and gestured to the little boy.
“Meet Aster Zachary,” Kemma said. Then she pulled back more and rested her hand on her belly, that, now that Hanni looked at it properly, was slightly rounded, “and Amare Ryan.” Hanni smiled at her sister. Hanni realized that with these people by her side, her sister, her love, her brother in law, nephew and niece she was home. Accepted by the rest of the world or not she was home.

The End
I just wanted to say a thank you to anyone who has read this story. I will endlessly be grateful for the support! You guys mean so much to me and the more reads and votes I get on this story the better I feel about my writing. 100 reads?!? Holy cow I didn't think I would get this many, forever I will be in your guyses debt!
*TW*
On a sadder note I'd like to acknowledge something. Kemma's children were named after two people, Zachary and Ryan were teenage brother and sister. Zachary was in my sister's kindergarten class and while I was writing this it was on the news Ryan's -the older sister- ex-boyfriend came to the siblings home and murdered them. I won't go into detail, it was gory. I didn't know the teens personally but I wanted to dedicate this chapter if not this entire story to them. They will not be forgotten and I hope they forever rest in peace.
Once again thank you to anyone who read this story! It means so much to me, I had a blast writing this and I hope you love reading it! Kind Criticism, compliments, comments and everything is welcome. This will be the last time I update any of my stories for an unknown amount of time. I might return to posting here but as of right now I will only be using the browser that avoids me from posting my stories.
I'll still reply to stuff and be here and active sometimes! Once again thank you for everyone who has read this!
Love you all!Love for everyone,
LØØNY
