The girl who ran

Part 1

In a small village called Cherry Blossom, a handsome man named Ethan and beautiful young women called Vanessa, both lived on the same road. There houses looked over the river and they both had a huge towering willow tree outside by the side of their houses they both had a lot in common but they both had a different story.

One day when the water was slowly rising, the birds had stopped tweeting and winter had arrived, Ethan went to Vanessa when she was walking along by his house with her dad and asked a very risky question.

"Will you marry me?" Ethan said without any warning.

"Huh!" Vanessa turned around to find that her dad was no longer with her. She stepped back but Ethan grabbed her hand pulled her close.

"I said will you marry me?!" Vanessa pulled away leaving Ethan alone.

Vanessa ran as fast as she could but she slowed down to find a few drops of blood across the path, they led into the river here her eyes meet a man covered in the deepest shade of red, after staring at the man she realized it was her father.
