Niomi POV:
I was lying on my bed waiting for Miss.Anderson to get me up. It is now 8:34 am and Miss.Anderson usually wakes me up at 8:00. I whispered to myself, "this is totally weird. Why is she so late?"
Right then my door opened and the mean girl walked in. Sadie always wears a vest, colored jeans, and a beanie. She said, "Miss.Anderson wanted me to get you up, loser. There's someone here to see you."
I jumped out of my bed and pushed past her but she grabbed my arm. She got close to my ear and whispered, "she's not going to take you." I didn't know what she meant by that so I made her loosen her grip on my arm. When I freed myself I ran down two flights of stairs as fast as my feet could carry me.
When I got to Miss.Anderson's office, I couldn't believe my eyes. Right in front of me was Ariana Grande.
She held out her hands for a hug and I saw a tear run down her cheek. I was so confused. Why did Ariana Grande want to see me? All of a sudden tears were pouring out of my eyes. I don't know why. In between sobs I siad, "why are you here?" Ariana Grande smiled and said, "I'm adopting you sweet cake."
That made me cry even harder. I didn't know how to stop it.
Miss.Anderson finally said, "Miss.Grande, would you like to take her now or next weekend?" I smiled an adorable smile and looked up at Ariana Grande. I didn't know if it was a dream, but I loved it.
Ariana Grande POV:
When Niomi started crying I cryed more. I told Miss.Anderson that I need time to get her room ready so I will get her next weekend. When I got home I went to the room that was soon going to be Niomi's. It needed pink. I went out to the store and got pink bedding, a beautiful bird poster, and a desk where she can do homework and drawing. I got wooden letters that spelled out Niomi, to put on the wall.
When I was finished I stood by the door and whispered, "beautiful!"
Niomi POV:
When I got back up to my room Sadie was still there. I pushed her out but she kept coming back in. She said, the 8th time I pushed her out, "why are you so grumpy? Did she say she didn't want you because you're ugly? That's the truth so don't be upset, ok." That made me slam the door in her face. I was so happy and she was just making me feel upset.
I got dressed in white jean shorts, a soccer jersey, and a flower in my hair. When I walked out of my room Sadie was still there and she laughed and pointed at me. I just walked down the stairs to get breakfast and didn't listen to anyone's comments. I just couldn't let anyone tear down my happy rainbow wall that I had all around me.
