EMMA'S POV:
"Hey Emma! Great match out there, you really know how to play to the crowd," Naomi said as she rushed past me, most likely preparing to valet the Uso's. I smiled softly and watched her walk off. With my concentration diverted, I ended up bumping into what felt like a brick wall. I stumbled back and quickly stuttered out, "oh god, I-I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was going and well, you see, uh. Yeah, this is weird..sorry..." As I shook the confusion from my head I looked to see who it was that I had ran into. My breathe hitched as I made eye contact with none other then Dean Ambrose, who had a funny look plastered on his face. "Oh hi Dean...uhhh, sorry about all of that, I wasn't really on the ball." Dean simply smiled and let out a light laugh. "When are you on the ball blondie? That's the real question here." I rolled my eyes and playfully punched his arms. "Watch it Ambrose," I said giving him a sly smirk. He returned my look and said, "or what? You'll dance me to death." He then stuck out his hands and began doing my dance. Not too shabby, I'll admit that. God, why did he have to be so cute? "Not bad Ambrose, not bad at all, but it's nothing compared to the master," and with that statement Dean let out another beautiful laugh and leaned up against the wall, kind of like boys did in high school when they were putting the moves on a girl. "So, Emma." "So, Dean." "I'm actually really glad that I ran into you. Or, well actually you ran into me. You get my point." I mimicked his relaxed stance and said, "and why's that?" He flashed a smile at me and retorted, "well...seeing as we're pretty good friends, I was just wondering why you and I never really hang out outside of this joint." I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. What was he getting at? "Oh well, I just always assumed that you're busy twenty four seven. You being one of the most over guys in the company that is." Dean shrugged and said, "I'm actually a pretty free guy most of the time. Which leads me to ask you, if you wanted to uh...maybe, like..only if you wanted to...maybe we could, do an activity together?" "An activity?" "Well that's not what I really meant necessarily..what I meant to ask was um...if you wanted to..." "Dean are you trying to ask me out on a date?" Dean sighed in relief, "yeah, that's only if you'd like to of course." I slightly snapped my head back and I felt my face flush over. Dean Ambrose. Dean freaking Ambrose wanted to go on a date with me?! Me of all people?! I snapped out of my haze and smiled wide. "Of course, I would love that!" "Great! So I'll pick you up around seven?" "Sounds good, Dean." We exchanged a smile then set up the arrangements for the night. My heart fluttered as we parted ways to get ready for the night, and I knew in my heart this was the beginning of something special.
