Different Girl

Hello. My name is Emily Hawkawnsaw, just your average 4'5 blonde, nerdy, loner, girl. People think all I do is study..... but they don't really know me. 

Considering that I'm not like the other girls. 

My mom died when I was 10 minutes old. My dad ran away from home because he couldn't afford to look after me anymore. I lived by myself at the age of 3. My dog ate my younger brother which we adopted, so I don't have any siblings either. I told you. Not. Like. The. Other. Girls.

 I am now 17 years old going into Lemon East Rock Garden Polly Pop Highschool and I feel it in my heart that this year is going to be my year. 

While walking through the hallways of LMERGPPHS, I tripped over a book and fell and dropped all my things. 

And super cute tall handsome perfect boy came up to me and grabbed my white pale hands and took it in his. I looked into his red orange yellow green blue indigo orbs as he looked into my brown walnut chocolate torilla eyes. 

"T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-Thank you..." I stutter a bit...

 All of a sudden, I remember how sad my mothers death was and I start crying. I run away while he chases after me. I start sobbing. 

"Are you okay?" 

"I am brave, I am bruised, I am who I'm meant to be... this is me"

I stand up and run through the hallways of LMERGPPHS. 

"LOOK OUT CAUSE HERE I COMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" 

All eyes are on me. 

"AND IM MARCHING ON TO THE BEAT I DRUMMMMMMMM"

"Wow." I hear someone say. 

"IM NOT SCARED TO BE SEEN. I MAKE NOOOOO APOLOGIES... THIS IS ME." 

Everyone starts cheering and chanting my name. I feel alive again. I feel-

That's when my alarm goes off.

Just a dream. 

I told you, my life sucks. I'll never be happy. This stuff only happens in my dreams...

You will never truly know what my life is like as Emily Hawkawnsaw.
