Niall #imagine PART ONE "Loved You First"

"This is it!!" I say to myself as i examine myself in the mirror one more time. Im about to head to the airport to surprise my best friend, Niall Horan. Yes, the Niall Horan from the worlds biggest boyband, One Direction. He's been my best friend for ages and he just got back from his tour and has no idea im even coming.

"Y/n!" That was my friend Shelby. We've known each other for years and needless to say shes my best 'girl' friend.

"Yes?" I asked grabbing my stuff, trying to get in the car.

"Ready to see Nialler!!!" She said, winking at me.

"Yeah? And whats with the wink?" I asked.

"Oh come on! Me abd you both know your in love with Niall."

She was right i was in love with him but i didn't have the guts to tell him. I blushed at Shelby's comment.

"Your gonna tell him riiight??" She said.

"Mmm maybe" i smiled walking out the door. I smiled to myself while i started the engine. Maybe i should tell Niall the truth.

When i got to the airport i became nervous. What if Niall doesn't like me back? What if he laughs? What if he doesn't want to be my friend anymore? All these thoughts were running through my brain and i became sick knowing i may lose my best friend.

"Y/n?" I looked up and met a pair of green eyes.

"HARRY!!!" i yell and gave him a massive hug!

Harry was my second guy best friend. Him and the rest of the lads and I always hang out together.

"What are you.doing here?"

"I came to surprise Niall where is he?" I said all jumpy.

"Oh erm he is over there" Harry's face looked pretty down, what was that all about. Harry knew that i liked Niall hopefully he didn't tell him.

I started walking in Niall's direction. His face was turned back from mine. I went up to him and covered my hands over his eyes.

"Guess who??" I said in a deep voice

"Um i don't know Justin Bieber?"

I laughed and threw my hands down. He turned around and smiled.

"Y/n what are you doing here!!" He said giving me a huge hug. I didn't want to let go. "I wanted to surprise you" i whispered in his ear.

He pulled back and smiled at me taking my hands.

"Y/n im so glad your here, theres something i need to tell you"

"Really?? Me too but you go first!"

Maybe this is it, maybe hes going to tell me that hes in love with me!!

"Okay okay hold on, stay right here!" He said and went around the corner. I smiled but it quickly turned into a frown when i saw Niall coming around the corner with a girl linked aeound his arm.

"Y/n i want you to meet someone. This is Abby my girlfriend"

My heart sunk into my stomach. Yeah my life is over.

"Hi" i croaked. I tried holding in my tears but somehow i don't think they can take it much longer.

"Abby this is my best friend y/n! The girl i was telling you about!" He said to her.

"Hi" she said and took my hand and i shook it, trying to be nice but her grip tightened on ne and she looked angry.

I pulled away and Niall smiled at me. I gave a fake one back.

"So what was it you wanted to tell me y/n?" He said.

Shit.

"Oh erm im just glad your back!" I said.

Lie.

"Me too, shall we go?"

I nodded and Abby gave me a death stare as we headed out the door.

I told everyone bye. Harry gave me a tight hug. He must have saw the hurt in ny eyes.

"Im sorry" he said.

I half smiled back at him as he joined the others. I saw Niall and Abby making out when Harry opened the door.

Fuck everything.
