Chapter 17

Mason's Point of View

I looked at him smiling even though I am in a bad situation.
"Really? You couldn't fall asleep because of me?" I asked, rather shocked.
"Yeah," Cameron paused, slightly chuckling. "I wanted to make sure that one of us was awake just incase and I was chosen." He smiled and looked around to see the boys sprawled up together.

He looked back at me still smiling. I returned his smile.
"Enough about me, how are you feeling?" Cam asked.
"I'm feeling better than I was a couple hours ago. I have a massive headache though." I leaned my head back.
"Well I will the nurse." He stood up and walked out of the room.

A few minutes later, I saw Shawn stirring around in his sleep, eventually waking himself up. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and bringing his gaze to me.
He looked completely shocked and immediately came to my side, grabbing my hand in his.
"This is all my fault! I shouldn't have gotten you a new prescription! I shouldn't have made you take this pills if they didn't work. If it wasn't for me, we wouldn't be here in this situation right now." She babbled on.
"Shawn, I'm okay! I'm here, don't put yourself down." I told him.

After my comment, Shawn stopped and kissed my hand as the nurse walked in with Cameron behind her.
"Ah Ms Mendes, it seems that the doctor will be here shortly..." As she was talking, the doctor walked in.

The doctor looked as of he wanted a new job. He did t really look to wonderful when doctor usually do.
"Okay, here is a new prescription and not as strong. You only need to take these pills; no anti depressants, anorexia pills, nothing. These do all of these things." He said, handing Shawn the prescription.

As he was walking out, Shawn was still holding on to my hand. The doctor turned around before exiting, "You guys look really cute together." And walked out.
Shawn and I laughed continuously before calming down because of my breathing.
"He thought..." I was still laughing.
"We were dating....!" Shawn finished.

Cameron had a blank expression in his face and sighed and began to laugh as well. The rest if the boys were beginning to wake up; Nash and Gilinsky.

I finally got approved to go out of the hospital, awesomeness!
I still had my headache but it wasn't going to last long.

When we got back home, I went to go and get a glass of water because I needed to take my pills. I swallowed them down with a huge gulp of water followed.
Cameron was leaning against the door frame of the kitchen.
"Taking your 'happy pills'?" He asked, walking closer to me as embraced me in a hug.
"Yes I am." I hugged him back.

I pulled away and kissed his cheek; he blushed too.

I really like Cameron a lot because he cares so much about everyone and gives you a warm feeling whenever your around him.

I hope we can be more than friends...
