Chaptet 1: First day

Beep

Beep...

Beep...

BEEP

Haiku groaned pressing his alarm clocks off button turning it off. He sat up looking at his phone and checking the time. The time was 6:12 AM. He got out of his bed and went to his closet he opened it and looked threw the selections. Since it was pretty sunny he just grabbed his bandanna and put around his neck. He went to the bathroom and grabbed his tooth brush and started brushing his fangs.

Haiku was always insecure about his looks, since he has an overbite and has fangs showing when his mouth was closed. He sighed and brushed his fur on the top of his head.

"Hey mom" he greeted his mom in the kitchen. His mom was cooking breakfast for his little sister since he was kinda running late to school today. "Hi honey, want some breakfast?" She asked me. "No thanks, but thank you tho" he said turning to the living room to grab his bag. He picked it up with his mouth then put it around his neck and said goodbye to his mom and his sister.

He closed the door behind him and walked to school. He looked up at the rising sun. He hurried up his paste to a trot. He greeted his neighbors as he trotted to school. He made it to the school building and looked up at it. Woah, it sure was tall. He took a deep breath as he headed inside MintLeaf  High school.

He walked down the hall. Which students swarmed. He was pretty sure he bumped into a lot of people but to nervous to apologize. He found his locket and put his bag inside. He closed his locker and turned around, but when he turned around he bumped into somebody.

"U-uh o-oh I'm so sorry!" He quickly apologized helping the stranger up. "Oh it's fine" she said. He sighed in relief. "I'm Lana, new here?" She asked Haiku. "Yeah..I'm Haiku....by the way" he tried his best not to sound awkward.

A taller figure approached from behind Lana. "Oh hey Tayo!" Lana greeted her friend.
"Hey...is this the new guy?" Tayo asked Lana. Lana nodded her head, "yeah this is Haiku". Haiku chuckled nervously, "hey". Tayo smiled then turned to Lana "we should head to our first class" Tayo said. They waved a goodbye then hurried to Math class.

Lana nodded. "Hey, Haiku what's your first class?" Lana asked him. He thought for a moment before remembering "History" he said surely. "Great! me and my other friends Poly and Bon Bon are also in that class. Let's go" She lead the way. Haiku smiled and followed her to history class.
