Jedi Master Luminara Unduli was an accommodated war veteran of the clone wars from her selfless actions. She had won many battles and even fought many along side Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ashoka. One of their most noteable battles were against the geonosians and their brain invading parasites.
Vader recalled Luminara imploring Anakin to let go of attachment to a believed to be dead, Ashoka.
'The younglings... you...' Luminara said, clearly on the verge of tears as she saw Vader standing amongs a dozen dismembered bodies of children.
'You can call me a monster if you wish to, but I have done these children a favour.' He said.
She looked at him, dumbfounded. 'You can not be serious!' She barked.
'These poor children's minds had been poisoned with the Jedi's indoctrination ever since they were kidnapped by the order and made to be the Jedi's servants. Like me.' He explained. 'But unlike me, they did not have a life before the order, therefore they were easily manipulated.' He said.
'The Sith Lord, Darth Sidious... he's gotten to you, hasn't he?' Luminara asked.
'If you mean opened my eyes to the truth, then yes.' Vader replied.
'To kill anyone is bad, but a child?!'
'You say kill, I say saved.'
Another look of bewilderment swept across Luminara's face for a short period of time before returning to her natural look of determination.
She ignited her green lightsaber and entered into Form III, Soresu.
Vader didn't enter a form. Instead, he pounced, not wishing to waste anymore time on the Jedi.

Clone Commander Fox had his work cut out for him. He and his crew of six men, which was originally twenty, were now pursing a fleeing Jedi into the garden of solace where they had found the Jedi battlemaster Cin Drallig's dead body split in two. Presumably by Lord Vader.
Fox had never actually saw Vader's face from under the hood but understood at once that Vader used to be a Jedi. It didn't bother him. Vader was no longer a Jedi and order 66 had been commissioned. He had a duty to carry out the order. Something in his mind told him the Jedi must be eliminated, no matter what. Vader had been by his side when attacking the temple and saw Vader as a valuable asset. Especially watching the dark lord mercilessly cut down dozens of Jedi with ease.
The Jedi had stopped infront of the dead battlemasters "bodies" and turned to face Fox and his six men.
'All the years we have worked with you... this is what it's amounted to?!' The Twi'lek shouted. His green skin was bright even in the darkness of night.
'Blame yourself for this, Jedi. You are traitors to the Supreme Chancellor!' Fox barked, raising his gun up to his T-visor.
'No, the Chancellor is the traitor!'
'Masters Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar and Saesee Tiin attempted kill the Chancellor in an unprovoked attack and you're trying to tell us he is the traitor?' One of Fox's men had said.
'Enough!' Fox shouted. 'We are not here to debate, we are here to kill Jedi, now fire!'

Blue and Green blades clashed together, and the noise they made was eerie and satisfying at the same time.
Out of the council chambers windows beyond the brutal lightsaber battle, things were carrying on as if they were normal. Traffic lanes were proceeding along, air taxi's taking citizens to their destinations and trading routes opening and closing down when instructed.
If you lived on Coruscant, you wouldn't think a plethora of Jedi were being shot down by thousands of clone troopers, or that "The Hero With No Fear" had just killed a room full of unarmed children and was now battling one of the most distinguished Jedi Masters in the order right in the very center of the high council chambers amongst a dozen of dead children.
Their blades locked together once more and Vader and Luminara's eyes penetrated eachother so deeply they could almost see into each others soul.
Vader could see a beacon of blue and white light in Luminara's soul. The kind of light you would get on a sunny afternoon on Naboo.
Luminara could see clouds of black and red mist fighting and overwhelming blue and white lights in Vader's soul,
Was he evil? Maybe. But one thing is for certain in her mind, Anakin hadn't fully fallen to the dark side yet.
'Turn back to the light, Skywalker. It's not too late.' She insisted through clenched teeth caused by the struggle to hold off Vader's superior physical strength.l during their blade lock.
Vader smiled. 'So good of you to think so.'
As Anakin, he had respected Luminara but also disliked her somewhat because of her blinded and hypocritical attachment to Jedi ways. When she had told Anakin to let Ashoka go, he felt a surge of rage swell up his body. But Anakin being Anakin, fought it off.
Vader was not as weak as Anakin. Vader allowed that rage to surge, and would direct that rage into his attacks.
