He is a Hydro Bow user. His Elemential Skill is "Mischievous Wave", where he throws a Hydro Slime plushie an explosive tag on it. This is a Taunt skill, and after 8 seconds, the explosive tag on the plush explodes, inflicting Hydro damage on the enemy/enemies. Unlike Amber, when he tries to "detonate" the plush with an Aimed Shot, the plush does not explode. His Elemential Burst is "Uneven Tides". America spins around and places his hand in front of him. Afterwards, a barrage of Hydro arrows (10 Hydro arrows) hits the enemy.
And some small news, I'm planning to make a comic about how the countries went from the country world into Teyvat.
