It was friday evening and it was raining. A young man named Xiao, all dressed in black, was walking around the deserted campus.
He had just skipped the umpteenth days of class, not even knowing what he was supposed to study.
After all, it didn't matter anymore since tonight was going to be the last of his miserable existence.
He climbed onto the roof of one of the university buildings and watched the dancing city lights in the distance.

"I am cursed"

He grumbled as he tried to convince himself of why he was there.

"I bring misfortune wherever I go and to everyone"

He squeezed the points and closed his eyes, mentally preparing for the angel's leap that awaited him.
Nothing and no one was going to be able to stop him tonight.
As the rain was beating down and dripping down his greenish hair to fall on his face, running off the makeup he'd made the effort to put on, he moved closer to the edge.

The immense pain he felt consumed him too much, he couldn't take it anymore. Plus, surely no one would miss him. No one has heard from him for several months. Nothing made him want it anymore. He didn't like anything anymore. He cried every time he woke up, not wanting to open his eyes again.
So tonight would be the night.
Casually, it was not an easy thing to do. How much we were convinced that this was the only solution, it took courage to take the plunge.
He took a deep breath and closed his eyes tightly. He continued to advance towards the edge, small step by small step.

"Now is the time. I will finally be free."

At these words, as if by magic, music was heard. The young man opened his eyes in surprise. It was a melody played on a traditional Chinese flute.
Xiao couldn't do anything but listen to the music, cut off his tracks.
The music, played so wonderfully well, soothed his bruised heart.
Xiao finds himself sitting on the edge of the roof, closing his eyes and enjoying this sweet melody hoping it never stops.

After a few minutes, with the music still not stopping, he wanted to know who had the power to make him feel so good.
He then got out of the building and let himself be guided by the music.
He ends up finding a young man playing in the middle of the university garden. He was alone and seemed melancholy although calmly focused.
He had an original haircut. He had bluish black hair with two braids in a shade going to a lighter blue framing his round and childish face.
Xiao watched him from a distance so as not to disturb him with his presence.

This musician boy had just saved him.
