Our world is six million six hundred thousand square miles, it is all we have ever known and everything that is. Within the walls settles four nations, Eventia the elven capital, Hestia the humans land, Drangar the dwarf capital and Drangma the demon city. from the wall flows two waterfalls which four main rivers flow round the land and five lakes. each of the three kingdoms has been at peace for the last 70 years with tight tensions keeping them all from all-out war. Each race keeps to itself while interacting as little as possible, one another see each race as inferior in some way and cross-contamination is fully condemned with some penalties even being death. Each nation has its focus almost entirely separate from one another in both development and history. the nation's borders while yes border each other it is mutually agreed that they will not settle 100 miles from the border and not to send soldiers within 50 miles of the border creating a dead man's zone which at most times is left completely to its own.

the four nations were separated into their parts by the god of the wall while each kingdom has its god which is said to be the one who created that race. the elven goddess Emilia, the human's goddess Hestia, the dwarven god Drang and the demon goddess Desdemona each of the five gods rules over this world yet the god of the wall has never been seen by anyone. the four nations gods have each their temples built at the exact place where the kingdom was formed and capital cities around them. for each of the nations, their capital is protected by the gods blessing not allowing anyone of a different race to enter while the smaller cities and towns allow for other races to enter it is almost unheard of for any other race coming into their kingdom.

there are four lesser gods named after the rivers, goddess Fianna the farming god, goddess Finnie the goddess of fishing, goddess Catrina the goddess of crafting and the goddess Mianna of mining. each of the four lesser goddesses is responsible for the emergence of farming, fishing, crafting and mining. they are descendent from the land are each responsible for the four sacred relics which all other instruments are basses on. the farming sickle, the fishing rod, the crafting hammer and the mining pickaxe. each of the goddesses has informed the races of each of their talents and have allowed them to form instruments based on the four sacred relics.

each race while as a whole do hate each other there have been many examples of the intermingling of the races creating offspring. every one of them has been looked down upon by the races and have either been condemned to death or so poorly treated by the disgraced family that they simply died from hunger, suicide and other factors meaning most if not all children don't live old enough to have their kids.

at the current time, the world is relatively peaceful even with the overarching threat of war each kingdom maintains that it will not send the first blow as they do not know what the god's punishment is for acting. during this time of peace, a child was left at the doorstep of an orphanage in the kingdom of Hestia with only a letter and a ring. the letter reads: This is our son James Brimstone, he is a human child. we are leaving him with you as we are unable to care for him and do not know how much longer we have to live ourselves. our son is all that is left of his family with no other relatives to look after him. we trust that here he may be useful to the temple and hope that you will care for him as we would our selves. I have enclosed an iron wedding ring his father gave to me which I hope you will give to him along with this wedding ring on his 18th birthday. son this is to you from your parents...

the letter seems to end there with no other context which may link it to anyone, no bodies were ever found that night more ever which may have been his parents. to this day we do not know if his parents are alive or who they were. everyone assumes they were some back end kids which got into some trouble and happened to fall in love. it seems as though the orphanage took in the child and brought him up in the teachings of their god Hestia alongside many other kids left b their parents in what they called a family.
