Our Senpai?

You were looking at the boy's manga and reading it to yourself. Nagatoro on the other hand was teasing the boy who was up against the bookshelf. You grab the paper that was in Nagatoro's hands " HEY I WASN'T DONE READING THAT! " She pouted. "Tch, you were too busy teasing the boy," you said softly not making eye contact and reading the manga.  " OkaYy But you didn't have to take it away from me," she said acting hurt. "Ok fine here " you handed her the page. " YAY THANK YOUU Y/NN! " she said jumping and hugging you. "Yeah whatever," you said not looking at her. You place the papers neatly on the table where he was sitting. "Ok I'll leave you guys alone now," you said walking back to your table. As you walked to the table you all sat on earlier, you pack all of your stuff and text your mom that you were going to be late.

You through your backpack over your shoulder and walk to where Nagatoro and the boy are. You put on your headphone while making your way to them. You see that Nagatoro had taken the teasing too far and caused the boy to cry. " Aww, look are you crying? " She said to the boy. " Enough Nagatoro let's go before my mom gets mad that I'm late," you told her with your blank expression. "Aww come on y/n your no fun," she said pouting. "I know now let's go," you said looking back at your phone. She walks away from the boy only leaving you two there in silence. Until the boy talked. "U-Uh t-thank y-you," he said face all red. " No problem," you said quietly. " A-and I-i w-was not crying," the boy said. "Mhmm sure," you said handing him a towel then shifting your eyesight on your phone. "OK Y/N IM READY TO GO! " Nagatoro yelled. " Well bye then," you said to the boy waving as you walked away.

You and Nagatoro were walking to your house, she's basically your neighbor as well as another sibling to you. As you guys were walking all Nagatoro was talking about was the boy in the library. "Oh? " you said.  "YEAH, HE'S OUR SENPAI! " Nagatoro said excitedly. "He doesn't look like one, to be honest," you said playing games on your phone. "Yeah but we can tease him since he's never really interacted with a girl before! " she said with an evil smirk plastered on her face. "We? Nahh you mean you " you told her. "HEYY LET'S GET SNACKS!! " she pulled your arm dragging you to the convince store. "Hey give me my glasses back my eyes are starting to hurt, " you said looking away from your phone and grabbing your glasses off her face. "Heyy " she pouted. "Sorry not to mean but buy your own," you said slightly laughing. " Y/NnNnN why you so mean now you use to be so nice and smile a lot," she said. "Hey I do smile and I am nice," you said in defense. "You only smile when you see someone get hurt and your only nice when you get enough sleep," she said looking at you straight in the eyes. 

"Ok your right," you say, looking around the pocky area. "I know I always am," she said confidently. "No, you're not that's why you always need me to help you with your homework " you fired back with a smirk. "HEY, IT'S NOT MY FAULT EVERYTHING IS DIFFICULT! " Nagatoro yelled. You quickly look around and cover her mouth. "SHHH," you told her with your face feeling warm from embarrassment. You hear her mumble something in your hand and you pull it away from her face. "Huh? " you tilted your head. "I said, why don't you like to get attention? " she asked you. "Cause I hate people staring at me who knows what they're thinking, " you told her. "Oh come on I know you like it," she said nudging your side while you were grabbing a water bottle.

"No, I don't now do you want me to pay, or are you paying for yourself? " you asked her walking up to the cash register. "No I can pay for myself, "she said. "Ok " you place your different types of pocky and your water bottle. "Okay ma'am that will be 100 yen," the man said. You handed the man 100 yen and got your money back. Now waiting for Nagatoro's turn. While waiting outside with your headphones in you couldn't help but think of the boy who is your senpai. Thinking of the things Nagatoro said she's probably right about him never being near or get talked to by a girl before. You snap out of your thoughts by Nagatoro yelling at you. " Hm," you turn your head to her. " You need to keep those headphones out when I'm talking to you," she said. " Now you sound like my mom," you told her with an annoyed expression on your face. "Hey don't give me that look!! " she said.
