i read you like a book
your expressions never changed
you had this one look in your eyes
that said you hated the world around you
but yourself
you wanted to bring everyone down
but you knew you could never succeed
so you took your first victim
ripped them into shrivels
then you threw them away
you drank your problems away
drank to forget what the world has done to you
but it has done nothing
you did this to yourself
you were the cause of all your problems
you were the person
the person i read like a book
