Trans Tommy

Coming Out

Tommy glanced at the trans flag behind his setup. Sleepy Bois would accept him right? Wilbur was always saying trans rights. Phil had been supportive of trans viewers. Of course, everyone knew Technoblade loves lesbians. And Tubbo would surely accept him right?

Tubbo was his best mate. Tommy couldn't lose him. Maybe it would be better to just not say anything.

"You there Tommy?" Phil asked. They were currently recording a new video for the TommyInnit channel.

"Yeah." Tommy choked out, "Just thinking about women."

"Women are great." Wilbur, using auto tune, said, "Tech-no-blade, what do you think of women?"

Phil started chuckling as Tommy leaned back in his char. He couldn't risk telling them. Tommy couldn't bear to lose Sleepy Bois.

"Wo-MEN!" Wilbur went high pitched.

"I'm gonna go use the bathroom real quick." Tommy rips his headphones off before anyone could respond.

He ran out of his room and raced into the bathroom. Tommy slammed the door behind him and slid to his knees. Sleepy Bois wouldn't accept him. They'd just see him as a girl. A dumb girl who thought she could be a boy.

Tommy rose from the floor and turned to the sink. He turned on the water and splashed some on his face before leaving the bathroom. He returned to his chair as Technoblade encased him in obsidian.

"You bitch!" Tommy yelled, "I'm the haver of wives! I'm such a big man that you can't even comprehend it!"

"You're not a man." Tubbo breaks the obsidian block above Tommy and replaces it with a glass block, "Now we can stare at him like it's a zoo."

"Tommy, you're such a child." Wilbur says as his Minecraft character stares at Tommy though the glass.

Tommy pulled away from the computer and grasped the bottom of his shirt.

'You're not a man.' The stinging words echoed through his mind as tears threatened to spill. He wasn't a man. Tubbo knew that. tommy was a girl. Nothing could change that. What sort of foolishness led him, no her, to ever believe they could be a boy?

"But your not really a boy though. That would be weird." June, Tommy's former best friend, said, "My mum said no one can change their gender."

"Tommy?"

"Tommy!" The blonde heard someone shout for him, "Tommy, listen to me."

Tommy opened his eyes to find himself lying on the floor with his water bottle lying beside him. His heart was pounding and his hands were sweaty.

Tommy gripped the edge of his desk and shakily pulled himself up. He positioned himself in his chair as Tubbo spoke up.

"Tommy, are you okay?" The British teen asked.

"M' fine." Tommy trembled.

"Something's not fine mate. You can trust us you know." Phil said.

"Do you want to stop recording and call your mum?" Wilbur's voice was soothing. He had dropped the Ghostbur voice but it was still calm and gentle. Full of warmth. It reminded Tommy of when Wilbur covered KMD(And You Are Ever So Dear In Our Hearts). 

"No judgement here." Technoblade said after a few moments.

"Was it something I did?" Tubbo asked.

"Y-yes." Tommy whispered. He didn't have to see the Sleepy Bois faces to know they were in shock. Tommy and Tubbo were best friends. They never hurt each other before. Especially when one didn't understand what happened.

"Well not really." Tommy finally says, "It's my own fucking fault."

"What's wrong?" Phil pauses, "If we ever go to far you can just tell us to shut up."

"I'm..."

"I'm sorry Tommy. Please tell me what I did so I can make up for it." Tubbo pleads.

"I'm trans." Everyone fell silent. Tommy took in a deep breath. No one from Sleepy Bois or the Dream SMP would ever talk to him again. His career was over now that they knew he wasn't a real man.

"He/him pronouns?" Phil asks.

Tommy gulps and whispers, "Yeah."

"That's cool mate. Thanks for telling us." Phil encourages him.

"Yeah!" Tubbo agrees, "I'm sorry about my comment earlier."

"You couldn't have known." Tommy smiles weakly.

"You'll still be a child though. That will never change." Technoblade joked.

Tommy was too happy to even retort. His friends accepted him! 

But... The was still one person left who Tommy sought approval from more than the rest of Sleepy Bois Inc.

"You always have and always will be my little brother, Tommy. That will never change." Wilbur tells him.
