DRENCHED AND A LYING PIECE OF SCUM
________________________MAX’S POINT OF VIEW__________________________
I wanted to punch someone. I wanted to punch stupid red headed girl who had her finger running down Fang’s chest. I also wanted to punch Fang. For leading me on and kissing me and then flirting in the stupid red head. No offence to red heads, but I absolutely hate female red heads who attract Fang’s attention. It makes me jealous, sue me. It’s not like you haven’t been jealous before. Anger pumped through my veins clouding my vision. Then, came the tears. I was a mess. Anger radiating from my body and tears streaming down my face.
I glared at the red head that was sucking Fang’s face off.
I spun on my heel and marched through the park, blubbering like a fool but marching non the less.
“I’m sorry,” a voice rang through my head.
“It’s-“ I stopped. At first I had been too upset to understand who was talking to me, but then I realized. It was the voice. The voice was back. I wiped a tear from my cheek and glanced around.
“You’re back?” I asked quietly.
“Yes. And I think I might be staying for a little bit,” the voice replied.
I couldn’t tell whether to be annoyed at this or be happy. I’ll go with neutral.
“I’ll leave you be, but… Be aware.”
“What?”
I frantically tried to find the voice but the slight pressure in my head went away. I sighed and sat down on a bench. I honestly didn’t know what to do.
I would have to act.
That’s what I’ll have to do. I’ll have to act so my flock isn’t torn apart by Fang and my relationship.
That lying piece of… He’s a lying piece of scum. Tears once again began to build at the corner of my eyes. I sniffled and rested my head back. I just stared up at the sky, watching as clouds drifted by. I was sick of tears.
I remembered when we were first at the school. Fang and I were young and had recently met.
“Are you scared?” I asked timidly. Curling my toes at what the lab coats had done.
“No,” Fang replied.
“I… I’m scared.”
Fang looked at me. “Want to know a secret?” He asked.
“Okay.” I shrugged and looked at him curiously. Fang looked at me through his bangs. “I’m scared too,” he told me.
“I mean. How could we not? We’re kids. It’s okay to be scared at this age.”
He used to talk so much. Then, as we got older, we all learned to be quiet. Eventually I started talking again, but Fang. He never did. I wish he did. Then he would tell me that he didn’t want me. Not lead me on. He wouldn’t hurt me like he did.
Fang should just open up and fricking speak. It would help everyone. Except for that stupid girl. He was probably whispering sweet nothings to her while I was here crying on a stupid bench, in a stupid park.
I checked my watch and noticed an hour had passed. I mentally cursed myself.
Note to self: Crying takes a long time.
With home on my mind, I quickly launched myself into the air and flew high into the sky. I flew just above the clouds to keep hidden from the ground below. By the way, it isn’t fun to fly in the clouds. They’re fricking wet. And they leave you drenched.

Okay, so not so proud of this chapter, but I realized that I was running out of time. I have a lot of work to do so I kind of set this off to the side, but here it is. Sorry boo bears, <3. Sorry about the weird times for the posts. Oh and could you guys maybe vote, comment, and get others to read? I want to try to surpass the original of this story's "popularity". I'm kind of tired so I'm not quite sure. But we need to reach higher than the last book on votes, comments, an reads! So love you <3 xoxo.
