Toxic Origins

        Dr. Alexander "Caustic" Noxwell worked with a pesticide company for years, he was a perfectionist and always got stuck in his work, looking for things that would challenge him. Every day he'd less time with his daughter and wife as he stayed in his study looking into the workings of death itself and how to use it, he went through hundreds of formulas, looking for the most potent and destructive formulas. Eventually, he'd come across his saving chemical. He heard stories from the Amelia mountain range of a spider that would kill men in one bite, Scarabaeidae Arachnia. He grabbed his gear and went on the hike along with his friend who criticized Alex's over-preparation. They spent three days "exploring" until on the third Alex found it, a hole filled with dozens and dozens of the Arachnid. Ivan Jurić went missing that day at the age of 27 and Alexander Noxwell swore he simply died when he was bitten by one of the spiders they were collecting. Nox created the perfect formula by the destructive nature of the Spider's venom. But it wasn't enough. He couldn't simply just test it on dead skin, he needed something alive. He needed death. His cruelty went on for months until finally, he got in a fight with his boss. Nox and Humbert's lives came to an end as the lab was engulfed in a fire. Dr. Caustic joined the Apex games months later with a deadly formula of gas that tore his opponents to shreds as he watched, a hidden smile on his face.
