IvyThorn crawled out of the den, having blank eyes. He jumped on the meeting rock and yelled:
-"Dear SkyClan, may I get your attention? "
All of the cats murmured confused at the broken tone of the deputy, gathering around the rock.
-"Our dear leader sadly have passed away.. Leaving us 2 new souls among us."
The clan got flooded by all of the sad yowlings that came from the cats.IvyThorn tried his best not to tear up, baring his fangs painfully.
-"FogStar was a great leader, but now her time has come to join StarClan..-"
His words were interrupted by a growl from the crowd.
-"I DON'T BELIEVE THAT FOGSTAR DIED AFTER GIVING BIRTH! SHE HAS 4 LIVES LEFT-"
-"SILENCE." snapped TigerFang besides the cat and hissed.
-"Thank you, TigerFang. Now, we all know that tomorrow night I'll have to travel all way to the Moonstone, and gain my lives. TigerFang, PoppySpring and ThunderCloud will stay here and look over the camp while me, BunnyFrost and DoveMask will travel to the Moonstone. "
Sunleap was still in the den with FogStar's corpse, cleaning it. He still couldn't just leave the cat who nursed him when his mother couldn't.
