Aarush has been trying to bring back smile on Nidhi's face, as she was the only reason for which Aarush believes in love. Nidhi was never devoid of spreading her compassion whosoever crossed her path.
Five years ago she had lost her parents in a car accident.
It pains greatly when Aarush finds Nidhi unable to sleep at night, and even if she falls asleep Aarush can find tears rolling down from Nidhi's eyes.
Aarush being a psychiatrist started to realize that a part of Nidhi's soul is stuck somewhere, which she is unable to understand, and he is unable to help her.
He needed to make a decision today.
