Third person point of view...
Y/N headed off to a hill, sitting under a tree and humming, their h/c hair slowly blowing with the light winds. It slowly turned into them singing off-key. No one there to criticize them.
"I see trees of green... red roses too... I see them bloom for me and you~ and I think to myself- what a wonderful world!"
Y/N continued to sing, slowly dozing off, smiling. Rhys approached them, then sat down and read a book he brought.
~Time Skip~
Y/N woke up, blinking the sleepiness from their eyes. Rhys was still reading, smiling as he flipped the pages. Y/N looked over and got excited, but anxious as well. Someone else was here in their spot, maybe they wanna be friends. So, Y/N did the only logical thing: stutter and make a fool of themselves.
"H-hey um... wh-why... are-what's up?"
'Ah, my apologies for intruding on you, this seemed like a nice area, considering some as radiant as you fell asleep here.'
"H-huh wh-what.?! Oh- um... it is a peaceful h-here! But I- I'm not radiant in the l-least!"
'Nonsense. Do you mind if I enjoy the skies with you? The overlook is simply gorgeous!'
"G-go ahead..!"
'Thank you. Oh, my name is Rhys. Yours?'
"Y/N."
'I like that name. Come, put your head on my shoulder.'
"N-no thanks, I uh- it-"
'It's okay if you are uncomfortable. Perhaps I will see you tomorrow again?'
"Y-yeah! Yeah!"
Y/N ran back to their apartment, curling up and thinking about how stirred up their heart was. Rhys on the other hand was confused, but headed back to Ava's apartment, talking to his comrades, positively excited to see Y/N once more.
'I met a very captivating person today, their name is Y/N, which fits them perfectly! Perhaps we will meet again tomorrow.'
A: But prisoner said she was taking us to the mall.
P: Yes.
N: Maybe you'll see them there!
L: It's just another petty human. Don't get attached.
'It doesn't matter if I get attached, I plan on bringing them with us back to Daemos.'
