Chapter 2

Crawford's POV

Someone starts opening the door. I stood frozen I didn't know what to do. Clarissa quickly pushes me out the open window. I let out a scream and I land on my butt.

"Thanks Clarissa." I whisper to myself. I quickly get up and climb the nearest tree before her mom sees me. I hear a little growl behind me I slowly turn around and see a cat.

"Hey what's your name." I say petting it. The cat out of no where bites me. And I fall off the tree. Oww two falls today. The cat starts chasing me around Clarissa's house. I quickly jump into her window and knock her down.

"Oww!" She says.

"Sorry!" I say.

"Hey I thought you left?"

"Nope am still here." I say smiling. Her mom was not here anymore. I guess she left.

Clarissa's POV

After I pushed Crawford out my window. My mom comes in.

"Hey who are you talking to?"

"I ummm I was talking with Loyle."

"Oh OK will good night."

As I hear my mom walk out the door I hear Crawford screaming outside. I walk to my window when someone knocks me down.

"Oww!" I say.

"Sorry!" Crawford says.

"Hey I thought you left?"

"Nope am still here."

"Hey are you ok I hear you scream?" I ask

"Yea. I just fell off a tree when this cat bit me."

"Stupid." I say laughing.

"Hey it hurt though."

Then I start laughing more. I realize that he is tickling me.

Oh no I hate trickles.

"Stop." I say laughing.

"Not until you say sorry."

"Crawford am sorry.. Stop."

"Say pretty please"

"Stop pretty please." He let's me go and I am still giggling.

"I should be leaving."

"Oh okay."

"Ohhh ummm can I see you tomorrow? After what happened with Susan am sorry."

"Its fine."

"Can I ummm some how make it up to you?"

"Umm ok."

"How bout I pick you up tomorrow at nine?"

"Sure"

"Ok see you tomorrow then bye Clarissa." He says kissing my cheek."Opps sorry am really sorry."

"Its fine just don't do it again."

"Ok bye."

"Bye Crawford."

After he leaves I close my window. And climb in my bed. Wtf. I just met this boy today and he already kisses me. I don't even know him that well.Tomorrow am gonna make it clear that me and him can never happen. Not after the accident and am a blind who wants a blind girl. Wait maybe he only wants to be friends. Let's see how it turns out tomorrow. I might make my first friend in years.

Crawford's POV

Clarissa is beautiful. I don't want to scare her so I tell her I just want to be friends. I'll earn her trust and in the right moment I'll ask her to spend the rest of my life with her. I love her since I saw her dark brown eyes. I knew she was blind cuz she wouldn't look at me and needed help to walk. But I don't care there is nobody else I can see myself with. Susan is going to be a big problem.. She thinks she owns me, but once I have Clarissa she'll just have to accept it. And I know Clarissa doesn't love me, but I love her and I'll make her the happiest girl alive. I promise. Nobody will take her away from me nobody
