Rose's P.O.V

I picked up the phone and said.

"여보세요?(Hello?)" I asked Jennie unnie.

"Chaeyongah, I need to ask you something." Jennie unnie said seriously.

"Sure, what is it, 언니(unnie)?" I replied with a confused tone.

"Chanyeol broke up with you, didn't he?" She asked.

"Yeah, he did. By the way, 언니(unnie), how did you know?" I sighed deeply and asked her with a confused tone.

"Irene told me. So tell me what happened." She said.

I then told her everything.

"I'm going to kill him if I see him!" She said angrily.

"Let's not talk about him anymore. I need to go and rest now. It was nice talking to you, 언니(unnie). Take care okay, I'm going to hang up now. Good night unnie." I said.

"Okay, take care, my cousin.안녕.(Bye.)" She said as she hangs up the call.

I went inside the house.

"Sweetie, who were you talking to just now, and where did you go?" My mum asked.

"Oh hi, mum. I was talking to Jennie 언니(unnie) just now. I went to the bar just now. By the way, mum, where's dad?" I asked her.

"Oh okay. Your dad is sleeping right now. He came home quite tired, so he slept early." My mum said.

"By the way, mum, I need to tell you something." I said seriously and left out a sigh.

"What is it, sweetie?" My mum asked, a bit worried.

I then told my mum everything too.

"It's okay, dear. I don't like him for you anyways." My mum said while chuckling, which cheered me up.

"Thanks, mum. Mum, can I ask you a question?" I said.

"Sure, what is it, dear?" She asked me softly.

"What does it mean when if you're not with someone and you feel lonely because of it?" I innocently asked.

"I can't give you a conclusion yet, sweetie. I need to confirm some things with you." My mum replied seriously.

"What is it, mum?" I asked her back in confusion.

"Do you feel something in your heart if that someone is smiling sweetly at another person but not at you?" She asked.

"Hmm... Yeah, I do, especially when I'm with..." I got cut off by my mum.

"With Jisoo, right?" She asked while smirking to tease me.

"Mom! How did you know?" I gasped at my mum's statement. Yes, you guys heard it right. I have feelings for Jisoo too. I was perplexed back then, but now, I realized I had feelings for Jisoo because I will always think of her every day. I don't feel anything with Chanyeol back then because he WAS my crush. But, now Jisoo is gone, I realized that I miss her so much.

"Of course I know. You guys are very obvious too." My mum said while giggling.

"What do you mean, mum?" I asked.

"Every time you kissed her on her cheek, whenever she sends you back home, she always freezes on her spot for a while then blushes like a ripe tomato." She said.

"And you, whenever she says sweet things to you, you blush hard like a ripe tomato TOO." She added while emphasizing the word.

"Mum~" I said, whining like a kid and looking down while blushing.

"Sorry, princess. How is she, by the way?" She asked after laughing.

"I never heard from her since that day Chanyeol confessed to me." I said sadly.

"Don't be sad, dear. Love will find its way, okay? Mum will support you." She said softly.

"Thanks, mum, let's go sleep now. I'm tired now, and I know you are too." I said.

"Okay, let's go." She replied.

Present(Jisoo's P.O.V)

I'm now checking and signing papers. I've been signing papers all day, getting more and more frustrated after signing each paper. Then, finally, when I thought I was about to lean back on my chair, thinking that my work for today is finally done, someone knocked on the door.
