I took the first flight to the closest place I could find and to my luck it was Seoul, South Korea. No one would find me here.

When I landed I flagged down a taxi and told them to drop me off at a hotel. Since I didn't bring a huge bag I didn't have much to unpack once I settled into my room. I stored my key card in my purse along with my phone charger, and some money.

I decided to walk around the city getting a good look of where I would be staying for a while, when I made my way unintentionally to Itaewon-dong where the streets were crowded but it looked fun. I entered an indie themed store that held vinyls of all sorts. I loved vinyls.

I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking, accidentally bumping into someone. A blonde haired girl turned around. She wore a custom made t-shirt with a long flowing tan skirt. She was cute. "Oh I'm am so sorry!" The girl gasped. "No no it was my fault" I apologised. Having a mini panic she noticed and a soft smile was plastered onto her face.

"I'm Son Chaeyoung" she introduced herself, "you're not from here are you? I can tell by your fashion. Are you from Japan? Lemme guess a small town considering your accent doesn't match a big city in Japan?" The girl giggled making me all warm inside.

"Kobe, Japan" we both said in unison. My eyes widened as she guessed it right leaving me shocked. "Myoui Mina" I introduced myself to the girl.

"Wanna go have lunch?" Chaeyoung asked and I answered with a small nod of my head. The both of us found a small little café nearby where we ordered food and sat next to the window.

Chaeyoung asked the first question, "What brings you to Korea?"

Clearing my throat nervously I answered, "I ran away from home right after my graduation ceremony" she laughed then looked at me and saw I was serious. "Oh wow, if you don't mind me asking? Why'd you run away?"

"My family always pressured me to do perfectly in school and forced me to study everyday of my life. I got tired of it, nothing I did was good enough for them so my grandma gave me some money and told me to run as far as possible. So I came here" I explained.

She took a sip of her water, "do you have somewhere to stay?"

"A hotel" I replied, she looked at me as if I had three heads. "What?" I looked down.

"You can stay with me? I have an apartment nearby. I promise it isn't messy. I have an extra room, we can be roommates!" She cheered. Her cuteness was too big for this world.

"I could never, I'd feel too guilty. You just met me and offering up your home" I sighed.

"But I want you to be comfortable during your stay here. You won't be a problem" She gave me puppy eyes which I will admit, they did work. "Fine alright, I'll be your roommate" she smiled big and clapped her hands. "Yay! Roommates!"

She took me back to my hotel and I packed my little bag before checking out of the hotel and riding with her to her neighborhood which was pretty cute.

She opened the door revealing her apartment. It was a modern white with grey furniture. "Here's the room you can stay in" she said showing me the room with grey walls. The bed was already made and it was spotless. "This is my room, it will be the only room in this house that is messy partially because I have my moments." She said making me laugh.

Her room was indie style mixed with a little big of vintage. She had a record player and a stand stacked with records of different types. "It's so cute" I complimented.

"Thank you! This is probably the only time you'll see it cleaned" she laughed. I unpacked my things and took a shower before laying in the very comfortable bed drifting off into sleep.
