PART VII

"Finally, the newlyweds!", Earth teased the couple.

"What are you talking about, bitch?", Fluke shot back.

"Hey, hey, hey!! We barely saw each other these past few weeks and you two are going to fight?", Kao interrupted the best friends.

"That's how we say to each other that we've missed the other's ugly face, babe!", Earth explained and received a grimace from his boyfriend.

"How can we cope with them?", Kao asked Ohm.

"Don't look at me, Kao! I'm just attached to this one here and can't do anything about it!", Ohm laughed.

"Same!", Kao said and bumped fists with Ohm.

The dinner was cosy and fun, the friends enjoyed the most and Ohm took the chance to invite them to his graduation ceremony. That's right, it's been 6 months since he and Fluke started dating and now he was about to get his university degree.

When they were about to leave, Earth make sure to be a little at the back and hold Ohm's arm. As they walked side by side, the smaller put his plan into action.

"Now that you're graduating from College, it's about time to grow up, big boy! How about start your adult life confessing to the love of your life that he is, indeed, the love of your life, hum?", Earth suggested but they got interrupted by Fluke and Kao that interlocked fingers with each boyfriend.

Truth be told, Ohm was planning to do that even before Earth say anything. But that just helped him to gain the last grain of courage he needed. So, after the graduation ceremony, Ohm decided to take Fluke to visit his mother.

It was not the first time his favorite people in this world met, but he was excited as if it was because he was planning to propose to Fluke after the dinner that night. The only thing the poor man didn't know is that his favorite people were too smart to that kind of surprise!

"Ohmmy is gonna propose to you tonight, I can feel it, Fluke!", Ohm's mother said while they were in the kitchen, she was cutting the meat and Fluke cooking the soup.

"Mae! Don't say it out loud! He doesn't know that I already know this!", Fluke said but failing in hide the big smile.

"He's a nice man, but his eyes talk like a confession in a police station. Please take care of him and don't forget to say 'yes', son! I'll love to have you into this family officially!", Ohm's mom said looking into Fluke's eyes tenderly.

"Mae, Ohm and I met by chance, but I keep saying 'yes' to him since day one! Thank you for being amazing!", Fluke said turning off the cook and hugging the lady.

We can say that Ohm wasn't surprised that the others knew about his plans, but that didn't took any of the magic of the night. Sometimes in life people met by chance, some surprises doesn't go as planned, but the important thing is to be sure of who you love and that they had 100%.
