We arrived at Baltimore international airport we had to check our bags. "Maggie please help mike with the bags" my mother pleaded. Mike is my stepdad that I didn't favor that much but none less I still loved my mom so. "Here mike let me help you with that" I said plastering on a fake smile. "Thank you Maggie Maye" he says as he shakes my hair up. I roll my eyes and put the bag on the scale. As I go through security I see a boy around my age staring me. 'Why would he be staring at me' I thought to myself. As I get through security I go to Starbucks, I know I know what a white girl. I stand in line and there is the boy he stands right behind me. As I was think of what to get I was suddenly interrupted by greens eyes and a smile "what are you getting?" He asked nicely. "My names Adam by the way,yours?" "Maggie" I say and smile "and I'm getting a venti hibiscus refresher" I say laughing a bit. "Awe those look good,but I'm getting a frap." As I order Adam orders right after me and pays for my drink. "Adam let me pay you back please, a seventeen year old girl should be able to pay for her self" I say laughing. Adam chuckles "mag your fine..is it okay I call you mag?" He asks nervously. "Completely fine" I say smiling. We get our drinks and exchange numbers and head to our gates. I'm kinda sad I won't be seeing him again he seemed to be like a really great guy. When I see my mom and mike at gate C-16 I also see Adam I smile to myself and tell my mom that I'm sitting with a friend I made she smile and whispers something to mike, probably along the line of I'm glad she's making friends or something. As I walk over to Adam he texts me 'mag you left something at Starbucks.......me' I almost died laughing at the thought.
'Adam the only thing I left was my money for the person behind us'
Adam looks up and laughs. He looks around and meets my eyes I smile to myself.
'You just couldn't stay away could you'
Maybe this is a new start for me.

About an hour later
"Flight 32567
To Los angles is now boarding.
Groups A 1-30 please line up" we hear the lady over the microphone. I start to get up and walk to the line. "Hey Maggie save me a seat on the plane!" Adam yells making everyone look in my direction. I give him a thumbs up and turn on my heels and walk on the plane.
As I enter the plane I see multiple rows I pick the ones closest to the front I could get and as Adams request save him a seat. As I was looking out the window the seat next to me becomes occupied and I see a smiling Adam. "Ready for the flight?" He ask
"Ready as I'll ever be"
