"Alright Kiddos it's time to get up!" Grisha had shouted from down stairs.His voice is not as stern as it usually is, leaving the boys to believe there was no rush. Clearing his through Grisha shouted to the boys once again "Get your asses up before I come upstairs!" Earning him fast thuds on the floor in the direction of the bathroom,and a glare from all three women who sat around him.
Not too long after the wake up call, all four of the boys were downstairs dressed in trunks tshirts and flip flops.
"Ok, you boys ready?!" It seemed as if Faye was more excited than the children. The boys had nodded excitedly while Johnathan and Grisha loaded the truck with coolers and tote bags.
After loading up the trunk the Jaeger-Grice family made their way to the car. Before pulling out if the drive way Grisha established five very important rules for their drive.
1)Do not kick anyone or anyone seat
2)No screaming
3)say something if you have to use the bathroom
4)Carla and Dina arent allowed to make song suggestions
5)Dont yell at Grisha while driving
With a collective groan from all adultd,the car started and so did the chaos.
The volume of the radio was all the way up and the AC was blasting. Complaints from The three women were constant, and already Grisha's fifth and most important rule was broken.
The first to open their mouth was faith
"Grisha it's cold as hell in here turn down the AC!" There was a long pause as Grisha turned down the music and slowly turned his head towards his sister.
"Did I or did...... I not tell you not to yell at while I'm driving?"
There was a pregnant pause before Grisha spoke again. "I will turn down the AC that's all you had to ask. Okay?"
It had been plainly obvious that Grisha had been irritated with his sister's commentary through the duration of the car. He was normally great at ignoring it but today was a little different.
"Faye before you speak remeber, is it reall that important?" There was no further complaints from fate after those interactions.
Then came the chair kicking, it had been two hours into the drive and Eren had been kicking his seat thirty minutes of the two. Zeke had been past his breaking point, With out hesitation hed turned around and gripped his brothers leg. "Kick this damn chair one more time." Carla had watched in horror as Zeke released Erens foot."Zeke! That is unacceptable to treat your brother that way apologize!" With out an ounce of hesitation he'd uttered the words no to his mother. "Why the hell should I even have to apologize if he was bothering me first!?" Eren had been holding back tears and Zekes exclamation only opened up the flood gates, loud sobs escaped the five year old. As Carla rushed to comfort Eren, Grisha had hit the breaks finally having enough of everyone
"DO I NEED TO TURN THIS FUCKING CAR AROUND!"
Safe to say after that no one made a peep, the next two hours of the car ride had been silent and tense. Finally arriving at the water park things seemed to lighten up a bit. Johnathan had been the first to speak "Ok kiddos, this is how this trip is going to work. Grish,Zeke and I will be on the grown up side,while your four will be with your mommies!Okay?!" There was a wide smile on his face but he hoped none of the boys would whine because they wouldnt be joining them. With out any objections the three women hurried to take the four boys to the kiddy section of the water park.
After hours of fun the Jaeger and Grice family made their way back into the car. It was Johnathan's turn to drive so grisha could finally sleep, and it seemed every one else drifted. The last one to shut their eyes was Eren.
Soft clicks and beeping was the only sound in the submarine, all monitors seemed to work perfectly fine. The GPS was gps-ing and the radio was radio-ing,everything seemed fined until there was a large thump on the side of the submarine."Professer Zeke! Did you hear that!" A quick response came from the scientist "Yes I did! But we werent expecting any interactions with anything at this sea level !" While Professor Zeke risked to the radio to signal the other, Eren ran to the nearest window,Trying to get a better look at what came in contact with the craft. Little did he know he would come face to face with a mermaid! She had beautiful long black hair a piercing grey eyes, she had been the most beautiful woman he had every seen. He stared for a while before a small wave was thrown in his direction and the hand connected with the glass, he had slowly brung his hand to meet hers. " Eren! Can you see anyth-" just then he had also see seen a mermaid but this one was a boy and had short black hair and if looks could Zeke would've dropped dead then and there. Still staring at him Zekes jaw dropped "HOLY SHI-!" Just then a hand came covered his mouth " sssshhhh you're going to scare them away" just then the girl with long black hair had come around in clear view to both Jaegers. Suddenly the Submarine began to shake, driving the two incredibly beautifully creatures away.
Eyes fluttering open he had realized it had just ben his father waking him up to get out of the car, softly yawning he had allowed his father to pick him up and take him inside, Falling into a dreamless sleep only remembering the face of the mermaid with beautiful long black hair and piercing grey eyes.
