(AN: You a gorl in this story but I'll make a gender neutral one if requested! Have a good day! ^^)

It had been a little bit since I had seen Y/N, and I figured that since she showed me kindness, I'de return the favor.

That girl has got spunk, that's for sure.

I didn't want to be seen in particular, 'cause that's just how I roll. I couldn't tell her the truth of my past just yet.

I walked down the alleyway and pulled my hood up. I figured I would explore the city first and try to find her. As I trudged through the city I eventually came upon that old theatre, where it all started...

I was still a little ways away, but I could hear faintly some music playing inside. It seemed very familiar to me. But then I heard a microphone slamming against the stage floor, and loud laughter from the people inside. What-?

Could it be...?

Oh no. No no no.

I bolted across the street without thinking. I had a sneaking suspicion that I knew what was gonna happen. All the deja-vu and memories flooded back. I stopped for a moment to gather myself, when (Y/N) burst through the door and bolted a little ways away.

I was caught off guard but I ran after her, I could see hot oil dripping from her face, her eyes wide. I didn't know what happened next, but she continued to go faster, I could barely keep sight of her. Finally she stopped near a wall. She stumbled, and cupped her hands on her head. I caught up to her, I was only steps away and I extended my hand.

And then she screamed. She yelled, with pain, like nothing I've ever seen.

I was knocked back as she continued to yell, her eyes were flashing and there were tears trickling down her face. I was taken a-back, but finally I understood.

Then she stopped.

Slowly...

But surely...

She began to falter.

She had become quiet. I had a feeling she had lost sense of her surroundings, resulting in her tripping and stumbling, and she let herself fall backwards.

It was like time stopped. I pulled myself up and dashed to her in a split second. I reached for her and jumped.

I caught her, thank god. My hands held her up firmly.

One thing was for certain, she was not ok.

She seemed to go into a state of hibernation. Weird, I thought. I lifted her up, and I decided to carry her back to my place, near the alley. As I was carrying her back, I looked at her face more closely. Dam... It looked like she hadn't sleep well recently. Even then she still looked... nice.

I had to make sure she got some rest.

So as we reached my place, I carefully set her down on my spare cushions and pulled my hoodie over her. Tch, she had better take care of that one. I left her alone for a bit and made something to eat.

After a while, I heard a little noise coming from the room.

I started to walk over.

(Cliffhanger ONCE AGAIN! Maybe I'll add some art to this later... :>)
