||This is kind of the chapter about Marinette's stay so far in the manor. She won't give birth until around the 8th chapter. So it'll just be Tim and Mari growing closer than they were before. Also this book will also contain stuff forming around sexual tendencies. But not until later on.||

It's been two weeks since Marinette came to the Wayne Manor. She only lets Damian, Tim, and Alfred come close to her without flinching. Yeah, Jason, Dick, and Bruce had been hurt by the action but they respected her wishes and kept distant from her.But let's see how our best friends are doing.

Marinette had been having this weird feeling in her chest, was it not only heartbreak, but....love? Who did she truly love? It couldn't be Adrien, since he's the reason she ran away in the first place. True, he was her first interest, but was that really true? The baker's daughter caught an unhealthy, obsessive, crazy infatuation over the green-eyed model. It felt like true love to her, but it was nothing but manipulation.Adrien hypnotized her with his fake kindness, and fake charming smile. She should've known better than to fall for him out of one act of kindness. She called him selfless because he gave her his umbrella. But truth is, he only wanted to have everyone wrapped around his finger. He wanted everyone to like him and fawn over him, but most importantly, Ladybug.
He wanted to have the Parisian hero all to himself. But that wasn't going to happen for the life of him. Ladybug always rejected Chat Noir because she 'like another boy'. That was always the answer she would give when it came to him asking her out on candlelit dates on Paris' rooftops and gardens. She always just gave him the same answer and he didn't like that. So he tried in his civilian self to woo her. But she always just focused on beating the villain at hand.
He hated it.
Now back to Marinette. It also can't be Luka because she hadn't felt anything for him since she moved on when she saw Chloe and him having a date at Le Grand Paris. She felt happy for Luka and Chloe that they found someone to truly make them happy. She also made friends with Chloe, even though she was dating her ex.
Luka was special to Marinette. Yeah, she did stutter and blush uncontrollably around him, but it was different than Adrien. It was easier to talk to him, she didn't have an unhealthily amount of all types of photos in her room of him, she felt like she was alive around him.
She had a feeling he knew her deepest secrets, but that's just because Luka is the younger version of the All Knowing Alfred Pennyworth. The best thing you could ever be.
When he had broken up with her, she felt like a dagger was stabbed into her chest. She was losing all the blood in her body and she was being pulled to the floor. But she also felt like a weight was lifted off her shoulders. She wouldn't have to keep any secrets from him anymore. She still couldn't tell him everything, but now she didn't have to make excuse as to why she was late to hangouts and dates.
So who was it?

Tim also had the same feeling. He had been feeling more protective over his best friend. He felt the urge to put a protective bubble over her to keep her safe from anyone that was to hurt her.He would never do that. He wouldn't dare hurt her. If he did hurt her in any way, he would willingly let Damian behead him with his katana. He would willingly let Jason shoot him with his greatest gun. He would willingly let Dick scold him for what he had done. He would willingly let Bruce take away every ounce of freedom he had. He would willingly let Alfred take away all his coffee, force him to sleep, do everything that Alfred could do to punish him. He would jump off Wayne Enterprise without a grappling hook if he ever hurt her. He would do anything.
