Easy Way To Shift

No this isn't click bait. No you don't need to do this in order to shift. This is just what I prefer. There is no right or wrong way too shift, do whatever you feel is necessary.

Step 1:

Meditate before, to be more relaxed. (optional)

Step 2:

Get in whatever position you feel comfortable. For me it's a mix between a starfish and something else. If you would like to try the starfish position, then I suggest tightening your muscles then releasing them too feel more relaxed.

Step 3:

Start counting from 1 to whatever number you want. Keep counting until you feel drowsy (I do this too turn the left side of my brain off).

Step 4:

Start affirming. Start with basic affirmations, then move onto bigger-more specific affirmations. 

Step 5:

Either drift off into sleep, or keep affirming until you're in your DR or WR.
