(Todorokis POV)
I sat on the dinner table across from Izuku, he picked at his food before gulping loudly. I stopped eating and looked to him, I caught his eye quickly and he coughed a little. "Something wrong?" He murmured. I lifted one eyebrow and sighed. "No, not with me. What's up with you?" His eyes widened a little and his leg bounced up and down. I stood. Slowly walking towards him and sitting at the chair next to his. I placed my hand on his thigh to calm him. He smiled anxiously. "I'm fine" he said. I sighed again. "You sure" "Yeah. I'm fine" he answered almost immediately. I sighed once again. And stood. I left the room and began typing in my laptop within our shared bedroom.
(Midoriyas POV) Once he left I cupped my face in my hands and gritted my teeth. I fought back tears but I was unsuccessful. The tears slowly streamed down my face as I choked slightly (CHOKE ME LIKE YOU HATE ME).
I heard the typing stop upstairs and I froze in shock. The door to our bedroom slowly opened and I saw Shoto walk down the stairs swiftly. I wiped my eyes as he got to the bottom, and turned away.
"Izuku, I knew you were lying," he said sympathetically. I nodded and slammed my eyes shut to prevent more tears. He smiled softly and pulled me into his arms. "Sorry," I whispered. He froze. "What are you sorry for?" He raised his voice slightly before lowering it. "Everything," I whispered again. He pulled away from me and softly kissed my lips. I smiled lightly and pulled him into another hug. "I love you so much Izuku," he began "please remember that" I smiled and hugged him tighter. I really did love him, He really really loved me too.
