Can people explain why 'it's gonna be okay' is supposed to make me feel better? U tell me that u hate liars yet your one of them. 'It's gonna be okay' 'it'll be fine' explain please? When is it gonna be better? I've been waiting for a while now, and you don't know if it's meant for everyone. What if i got on this world and was meant to die? Don't say things u know is a lie, or ur not sure if it's true or not. Even if u meant it in a good way, just don't.
'I won't tell your parents' that's what all therapists say, tbh it's the biggest lie I've ever heard. They end up telling your parents, if it's that bad u might get send to a mental hospital. Talking out of expierence. Therapists are giving me trust issues I swear. And idk if parents are reading this but don't force ur child to go to therapy if they truly don't want to. They'll hate u even more and there will come more issues. They won't even tell their own parents what's wrong, why would they tell a stranger who gets PAID to help us? Like can we get paid too for opening up?
'You never eat'
'You eat too much'
Stop. Just stop right there, think about it. What would be the reason that they'd stop eating? Probably because you fatshamed them. What would be the reason that they'd focus on eating more, or gaining weight? Maybe because you skinnyshamed them? And people with the 'perfect body' are getting slutshamed. Honestly I don't get this world anymore.
