Chapter 5

Grim reaper POV-

???: Did you call the ER? We don't have time! Hurry up!

The doctor was in the middle of the room examining the patient and yelling at the staff, But the patient is not who I'm here for.

Grim reaper: Mr. Jackson Wang?

Jackson: I'm sorry, later. The guardian should wait outside.

Grim reaper: Age: 27. September 14, 2016. Died at 5:41. Cause: Overworked.

The man started to stare at me

Grim reaper: it's you, right?

The man stares a bit longer I'm used to this as people would be in shock after finding out their dead.

Jackson: am I... dead?

???: HEY! JACKSON WANG!

His body was just coming in the hospital, doctors and nurses are crying and the man started to stare at his lifeless body.

People started to shout his name as if he would come back.

Grim reaper: thanks to your emergency treatment, this patient is alive.

???(nurse): the vitals are stable. The patient is alive.

Grim reaper:...

Jackson: it's a relief.

The man was still in shock but he seemed satisfied with the fact the he save a person for the last time.

TIME SKIP-

Deok hwa's POV-

Deok hwa: Uncle!

Well all I see is my uncle and a person who I can't figure out what he does in the same room.

Deok hwa: g-g-grandfather.

Grandfather: I came to see how he was doing on my way from the dry cleaners. But then I see our guest.

Deok hwa: ah. A g-guest... who are you? What brings you... to my uncles house...?

I really don't know what to do, how am I supposed to respond...... oh look there's my uncle.

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house: I am.... That person's friend. I came to visit.

I'm going to be honest I swear the like each other.... Maybe, I don't know this isn't my business, but uncle said I'm nosy so technically I can't help it.

Nope not my fault they did this to themselves.

Deok hwa: you came to visit your "friend", you must be very a close "friend" of my uncle, because uncle is going overseas, you must have come to have a farewell party.

Him and my uncle are staring real intensely at each other...

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house: farewell... *waves* I hope you stay healthy. Don't ever come back. I hope you stay there happily ever after.

Uncle: Farewell to you. *waves* you and I aren't that close.

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house: *stops waving*

Uncle: Hurry and get out of my house. Don't ever come back.

Deok hwa: Uncle, why are you acting that way.

We literally just said he's your friend....

Deok hwa: To your really, really close "friend"

Uncle: do you think this doesn't go for you too? You leave also, really, really quickly.

You don't have to be mean about it....

A TINY BIT OF A TIME SKIP-

Deok hwa: wow. How could he do that? Isn't he so mean?

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house: tell me about it...

Deok hwa: Right: how could he kick me out, too?

I know this is sad for him too and blah blah blah, but why me! This is unfair.

Deok hwa: would a real uncle really do that to me??

The strange man who lives in our house snapped his neck at me and the ground started to turn into ice... strangely enough that's not the weirdest thing I've seen... but I'm going to move away from him just in case... he seems pissed off.

Deok hwa: he will be going soon.

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house: that should be the case. If not, you will be the one to go. Somewhere.

He's actually scary....

Deok hwa: That place isn't somewhere good, right?

Man who owns tea shop and lives in our house:....

Then we hear the door

Uncle: come in

Deok hwa: no thanks, no matter how much you plead...

Uncle: Not you. You go to your own house to get scolded. 1-0.

The strange man gets up and starts walking back into the house.

Wait this isn't fair. Just because he likes him, or something doesn't mean he can go in the house while I can't!

Deok hwa: Me? Get scolded? Why would I be scolded? Did you tell grandpa everything by any chance?

He just stares at me

Oh my god he did didn't he.

Deok hwa: wow! So petty!

I can't believe he did that!!!

Deok hwa: how much did you tell him? I should know so that I can match things up.

Uncle: did you match with me when you put the house up for rent? *shuts door*

Wait what does he expect me to do!!

Deok hwa: I can't go. Where would I go...I will die here. *sits on steps*
