I was utterly shocked to see his face again so early in the morning. "Did you have your breakfast?" I asked, trying to hide my surprise.

"No, not yet," Ehsan replied innocently.

A strange sense of care washed over me, and I felt like I wasn't in control of my own actions.

Closing the car door behind me, I entered the café. "Excuse me, can you please give me two deviled buns with sausage and mayo, and two cups of chai?" I requested from the serving girl.

"Yes, sure, madam. Please wait a few minutes," she replied.

As I waited for my order, I glanced through the cafe's glass door and spotted Ehsan. He was giving money to beggars, who blessed him with big smiles. Such a generous soul, I thought to myself.

"Madam, your order is ready. Please collect it from the counter," the serving girl informed me.

I paid and carefully collected my order, admiring the neat and convenient packaging the cafe provided.

Balancing the buns and chai, I struggled to open the door. Ehsan quickly noticed and came running to help me.

Approaching the car, Ehsan opened the back seat door for me, but I hesitated.

"Ehsan, if you don't mind, can you open the front door?" I asked, surprising him.

He stood frozen for a moment, then quickly rushed to obey my request. Gently closing the door after I entered, he went to the back of the car. Through the rearview mirror, I watched him jump and raise his hands in prayer. I was confused. What was he doing?

Returning to the car with a big smile and joy in his eyes, Ehsan's demeanor was infectious.
