I woke up and I started to throw up, I sighed and thought of buying a pregnancy test. I did my morning routine and called I.N "Jeongin, let me borrow some clothes for Court. I don't have some." I said as he walked to me with clothes. "Here you go, change quick. Court starts in an hour." I.N said and left the bathroom I changed and walked out to seeing Joon, changbin and I.N eating breakfast. I then sat down and started to feed Joon.
After Joon finished breakfast, I grabbed his clothes and looked through them. "He needs new clothes, he only had four pairs of clothes in here." I said and grabbed the best clothes there were. I brushed Joons teeth and we walked out. "I need to buy him new clothes, they're kinda old and they have holes in some places." I said.
"I'll see you in court, go buy him clothes that are comfortable. No suit's, just clothes that you usually wear." Jeongin said and I walked out with Jeongin. His hair reflected in the sun, his black hair and chocolate colored eyes. They were so beautiful on his pale white skin. I sat Joon at the back and buckled his seatbelt. I then drove to the mall and set a timer. "30 minutes." I said to myself.
I walked in and carried Joon to a kids store. I started to look for clothes as people looked at me and started to talk about me. "Hello sir, would you like assistance for buying clothes for your son?" A lady asked. "Yes, I need clothes for my son. Something that seems comfortable but soft." I said. The lady nodded and lead me to a section.
They all would look good on Joon. "What would you like Joon?" I asked and he grabbed a pastel blue shirt. "You have fashion just like me." I said and he high-fived me. I continued to grab light and dark colored clothes that looked comfortable with accessories like hats, suspenders and cardigans. I payed for everything and I walked to a pharmacy and bought pregnancy tests and they all came positive. I then took Joon to the car and got him dressed

My alarm then ringed and I turned it off. I buckled Joons seat belt and started to drive to court. I quickly got out and saw I.N waiting for me in his suit. "Hurry up, court is going to start." He said and we walked inside with Joon. We sat next to the lawyer and waited for the judge to call order. The judge walked in and we all stood up. The judge sat us down and she spoke.
"I am here to call this court of child custody and child abuse of these parents being sent to jail. We shall start now. Please start Mrs. Hung." The judge said and she pointed to our lawyer. "Yes ma'am, me and my client's have evidence that the child has been beaten from the parents and that they should be sent to jail." Mrs.Hung said. "The principal of the daycare and a teacher have showed up as evidence of what they saw from the footage recorded." Mrs. Hung continued.
"May the principal stand for questioning." The other lawyer said. Jeongin stood up and walked up next to the judge to be questioned. They asked him questions and he answered truthfully. I was called next and I walked up. "Mr.Kim, please answer truthfully. How did you discover the child was being beaten?" Mrs.Hung asked.
"My friend called me to take over his place So I drove from Seoul to Incheon. I got into class and Min Joon started to cry saying that his arms hurt. He was wearing a long sleeve shirt that day so I decided to roll up his sleeve and saw the brusises that he had got. He still has them and I've been treating them as carefully as I can." I said. "Mr.Kim, do you have pictures of what it looked like before?" Mrs.Hung asked.
"Yes I do, I took a picture for evidence and I still have evedince that I'm treating them. I will gladly show you if I must." The judge insisted and I took out my phone. I pulled up the picture and showed her. "This is the proof I have, I took him home that day since no one picked him up and I showered him. I even have picture of him having brusises on his body." I said and showed her the pictures.
"Tell me Mr.Kim, it's says that you would like to hold the child for custody. May I know your reason?" The judge asked. "I have a strong feeling that I can treat this child with care. I as a soon to be parent, would like to hold him as my own and raise him. I can promise that this child would be in better care then it's real parents." I said and the judge nodded.
"Congratulations Mr.Kim, I hope you have a fine pregnancy. What is the reason Mr.& Mrs.Lee would like to have their child?" The judge asked as she looked at them. "We never wanted him, we were planning on giving him up for adoption since he was useless to us." Mr. Lee said. The judge pointed at them, "Mr.Kim is responsible for your child, you have been sentenced for life for all the crimes you have committed such as homicide, abuse, robbery, illegal transportation, human trafficking and so on." The judge anounced.
"Mr.Kim and Mr.Yang, you are free to go with Lee Min Joon. You have won the case of taking custody of the child. All the evedince has been recorded in the court today, as of today. Mr.Kim, you are the child's father, may you have a good day and have a well pregnancy." The judge said and dismissed us. "Thank you Mrs, have a nice day." I said and we bowed as a token in respect and we left. "Look Joon, we won the game. I'm your papa now!" I said and hugged Joon.
"Joons happy papa won! Joon doesn't have to be with meanies again!" He said and hugged back. "We received the documents of the child, we should get his passport and change his last name." I.N suggested. I agreed and we got in my car. I drove to a place to change Joons last name. "Sir please follow me, we will discuss how this will work." The man said and we followed.
He explained everything to us and we have him the things that were needed. We then changed the Joons last name on his documents. We then took out his passport and I passed by to Hans place to check on him. I then called Lisa telling her that I need a check up if I'm actually pregnant and she agreed to go it. I drove to the hospital and saw Lisa. "Hey Lisa, we should go do the thing I asked for quick." I said and she led me to a room.
Joon stood next to I.N, Lisa picked my shirt up started to look at my body. "Right now I cant really say anything, come back in 4 weeks. I'll tell you if it's positive. Let's do a test first. How many did you do?" Lisa asked. "T-three, they all came positive." I said. Lisa looked at me. "Let's do the final test, I'll tell you if it's finally positive." She said and led me to a bathroom. "Pee in this cup, I'll take your blood after and I'll tell you in a about 4 days." Lisa said and left me alone.
I sighed and did as I was instructed. I then went back and she took my blood. "Thank you for your blood and urine, I'll send these to the lab and call you. You can leave now." She said and I got up and hugged her. "You should take a break and stay with your daughter and Jennie." I said and patted her back. "Wait if it comes positive I can't drink coffee or alcohol." I said and pouted. "You'll be able to in almost a year, be patient." She said and we bid our goodbye.
I then drove to I.N's place and took out the clothes I bought from the store. I picked Joon up and we walked inside of Jeongins' house. We put everything away and I put the documents in a folder. I took a bath with Joon and we went to sleep.
