"What?"
Blaze nodded. "I know. It's hard to believe, but I saw it with my own eyes."
"Well don't just stand there, we have to do something!"
"Like what? Wisp, he's already dead!"
"I-I know, but it just feels wrong to stand here and do nothing." Wisp said softly.
"If there was anything we could do, I wouldn't be here right now."
Wisp thought that all this had reminded her of another time.....
It felt great to stretch her wings again. The wind tickling her scales amazing, and she hadn't seen the oceans and islands from that high up for months.
Suddenly she felt a sharp pain in her chest.
She screamed in pain and descended quickly.
Wisp landed on her back and slid.
Strange, she though over the pain. Every time I breathe, the plants look more alive.
She heard flapping wings behind her and tried to sit up.It was Yin.
"Yin! what brings you here?" Wisp said, trying to hide the pain in her voice.
"Sadly bad news has coaxed me here."
"Coaxed?"
"Yes."
"I really don't want to know, but what's the bad news?"
"I fear that our brother, Quake, has been slaughtered by a human trying to save his princess. I do not think he knew that Quake was attempting to help him," Yin added.
But that did not comfort Wisp. Yin's words were a blow. One of the Element Dragons, dead? The thought terrified her.
"Wisp?"
Blazes voice jerked her back to reality.
"Sorry. What?"
"I said that your teasher or whatever you call them is starting to bang on the window."
Wisp sighed and said, "I have a feeling my parents are going to be mad at me."
Blaze grinned. "You have parents? Gosh, I missed a lot while I was gone."
"Look, they adopted me, okay? it's meant to make me look normal in human eyes."

"Meow."
"No Oak, you were fed twice today already." Wisp looked over her food at Oak.
Oak trotted over to the door and meowed again.
Wisp stood up and walked over to the door.
"You can go outside, but I'm still not feeding you."
She opened the door and the kitten dashed out, heading for the woods.
"Oak, don't go in there!"
"Meow."
Oak turned around and looked at her for a second, then kept on running.
Wisp sighed and ran after her.
Oak stopped deep in the forest.
Wisp bent down to pick him up, but he dodged her.
Then Oak glanced around - wait, what? That's not right. Cats don't look around to see if someone's watching them! - and transformed into a boy with light brown hair that was tinted orange.
"Listen. I know this is really impossible, but-"
"Oak you're a- a- but how?"
"I can explain." He said quickly. "I am a-"
"Who are you, anyways?" inquired a slightly calmed down Wisp.
"I'm one of you," He said. "My name is Gale."
Gale, Wisp thought. Where have I heard that before?
"You don't need to tell me who you are, I already know. Your Wisp."
"Why are you here? What are you?"
"I'm a ræblore. I can change into any creature I want to wether it be mythical or what humans call real. For example: Name three animals."
Hmm...... Wisp thought. "Mermaid, dragon, and...... horse."
To her surprise, already laying on the ground was an animal with a mermaids tail, dragons torso and wings, and a horses head, neck and front legs.
It changed back into a boy.
"See?"
Wisp was blown away.

The dragon with the silver scales bolted behind a large tree. Had the humans seen her?
One of them had short silvery-blonde hair while the other had dark brown hair.
They were laying beside each other on a checkered red-and-white blanket.
They seemed absorbed in conversation, but then the longer haired one stood up and said something to the short-haired one.
It nodded and took out a black thing from its pocket.
The black thing suddenly lit up; it scared the dragon and she jumped back.
The longer-haired one looked in her direction.
Shoot, the dragon thought. It'll see me!
She slowly walked away, deeper into the forest, but she was too late. The longer-haired one saw her and gasped.
Well, the dragon thought, now that its seen me, it doesn't matter if it sees me fly away.
She stretched out her wings and was about to take off, but then from right beside her she heard "Please don't leave because of me...."
The dragon tucked its wings in again and settled down again.
"My name is Wisper Alenda Silver."
The human called Wisper stroked the dragons silvery scales and the dragon flinched. What if it was a trick?

Tears streamed down Wisps face as she remembered how her and her only friend had met.
All of the other dragons always misjudged her because she was the youngest of them all.
Blaze does respect me a little, she thought, but only because he went through what I'm going through very recently, too.
Just then Wisp felt a terrible pain in her chest.
She lay down on her bed and started crying.
