Langa x Reki (Im not into him)

I hate his dad

Langa was laying depressed in his bed as he was looking at his phone scrolling through his album of Reki clicking on an video he made of Reki showing off his newest trick. His heart raced hearing Rekis laugh and seeing his excited face that looked brighter than the sun as he skated towards him in the video. Reki hasn't texted him good morning and it was already 9 am as Langa sighed before getting himself ready to leave to work at dope sketch where he hoped he would see Reki as he grabbed his board and left.

He skated to the streets before jumping as he noticed Reki suddenly skating beside him as he laughed barely being able to hold himself on the board before stopping as Langa stopped too "you should have seen your face!" Reki laughed as Langa just stared in awe looking at Rekis handsome face before he looked at his hand that he stretched out as he then greeted him with their usual handshake before hugging each other.

"good morning" said Langa as Reki grinned as they stood there for a while before Langa asked "are you ok? You.....you didn't respond to my texts" Rekis smile dropped before he grabbed in the pocket of his pants pulling out his phone that was shattered at the screen. Langa stared as he asked himself how that happened before Reki said "Had a fight...with my dad" Langa didn't know what to say before he just brought out a "I'm sorry" as his eyes connected with Rekis who looked at him for a while before smiling genuinely as he then said "lets go to work before we're too late" Langa nodded hopping with him on their skateboards heading to dope sketch as Langa was deep in thought about why Reki fought with his dad.

Oka wasn't here as Langa just stood by the counter besides Reki who looked more than bored as he then turned around to Langa who looked back. They stared for a while as he then blinked before Reki cheered "I won!" Langa was confused before he realized that they had a starring contest and he laughed lightly while Reki seemed proud of his victory. Langa suddenly noticed a bruise on Rekis collarbone and he thought it could be a bruise from skating but that thought didn't calm him down as he then blurted out "whats that bruise there?" He pointed towards Rekis collarbone and the redhead covered it up with his hoodie as he nervously stammered "nothing".

Langa looked at Reki for a while who avoided eye contact before he sighed as he then said "It's from the fight with my dad.....he threw my phone at me after he came home with my mom.....luckily he isn't home often because of work but when he's home its just.....its just pure chaos....he hates me but.... I don't really know why....me and my siblings aren't allowed to speak when he's home and....and mom is scared of him...my bruise is not that bad....there where worse times....." Langa was in shock as he looked at Reki in pure worry as he then took his hand and squeezed it.

Reki tried to smile but the corners of his cheeks wobbled before it dropped into a painful grimace of sadness as tears slipped down his cheeks. Langa wanted to cry too but he stayed strong hugging Reki who sobbed into his shirt while he hugged him tightly. "Fuck I'm...I'm so sorry man I just....jeez..." Langa grabbed his face softly before saying "I know how you feel....It's okay to cry..." Reki gave a hoarse snicker before smiling at Langa who smiled back before letting go.

The blue haired teen still was in thought not being able to imagine what things Rekis dad did to him as he wanted to protect him as he then wanted to ask something before they got interrupted by the bell ringing from the door of the shop. A middle schooler went into the shop as he smiled smugly at the teens before Reki said loudly in awe "Miya Chinen the Japanese national hopeful?!" Langa didn't really know what the redhead was talking about as he just saw a middle schooler with a skateboard as he just looked at him with his usual stare as Miya said "Hey you there, run a beef against me in S"

Langa didn't know who he meant as he felt him stare right at him but Reki then said "beef? That's out of the blue and I-" he got interrupted by the black haired boy who stepped nearer to Langa as he said smugly "I have no need for slimes" Reki turned to the boy abruptly as he said in shock "slime?!" "I would like to level up after a while" said Miya staring right at Langa who looked baffled as the cat boy continued "you're fine with it right?" Langa nodded before Miya told them when to meet at S before he left.
