This university is one of the most popular university in the country, do you know why?

I know you can't find a university like this, so it's your job to find out that why this university got popular.

There are 3 sections in this university.

Ace and Minchiate are students who are intelligent but in a wealthy and rich living.

Euchre and Ecarte are students who are intelligent but average living.

Blackjack and Klondike are students who are intelligent but poor living, scholars for short.

There's a guy named Kixiro Leevon Mendrez, one of the top students and the Ace of Krusxeev University.
