* ring ring ring * 

The bell rung, signaling students and teachers that it was finally break time.  The teacher stepped out the room and students left for lunch or something. " I can finally have a break " I said, leaning back on my chair. I got out my phone and put on my earbuds to listen to music. 

Suddenly someone tapped me on the shoulder. I looked over to my left shoulder, seeing Jungwon. " What do you want " I asked. " I-I was wondering where the lunch room was " Jungwon said, looking down while fiddling with his fingers.  I stood up, " follow me ".  Jungwon also stood up as I started walking out the door of the classroom.

 We were walking side to side. The walk was silent which I didn't like very much. " So jungwon, why did you move here " I asked him. " Because my mom got a new job here in the city " Jungwon answered. 

 I looked over to the side of me, " So you're from the country side?!!?! ".  He nodded, " yeah, I am ".  I started bombing him with questions like; " How was living in the country side like " " Did you own a farm " " Do you have horses, pig, chickens, and other farm animals ".  

 Before I knew it, we were already in the cafeteria.   " Well here is your destination " I said before turning away. Jungwon grabbed my wrist, " Can you sit with me, please " He asked.  I turned my head and body to face his. " Pretty please " He asked once again but with pouty lips and eyes.  I couldn't resist it. 

So I finally agreed, " Fine but just this once ".    I could see his frown turn upside down.  " Thank you so much " He squealed, hugging me. I froze, I could see all eyes were on us but I still hugged him back. We stood there for a few minutes till I finally broke it apart, " We should get our lunch now " I suggested.  He nodded, walking to my side.  

We both started walking towards the lunch line and waited till it was our turn.  It was finally our turn and we got our lunch and I was about to pay for mine. ' I forgot my wallet in my backpack which was still in the classroom ' I mentally slapped myself.  " I-I forgot-" " I'll pay for her's and mine " someone said behind me. 

Jungwon walked to the cashier, took out his wallet and swiped his card before I could even stop him. I stood there in shock,  'Did he really just pay for my meal?'  

Jungwon took both his and mine's lunch tray and started walking. " Aren't you coming along" Jungwon asked. I snapped out of my thoughts and started walking with him. 

Once we finally found a clear table, we both sat down. " Thank you for paying for my meal! I'll make sure to pay you back " I thanked him.  Jungwon shook his head, " No need, just pay me back by being my first friend here ".  " y-you wanna be friends with me " I asked, pointing to myself.  He nodded, " yep! ".   I nodded my head, smiling. " Let's start eating, I'm getting hungry "  He said. We both started digging in.
