Emma and Norman found a note conny had left before escaping with all the information of the farm they didn't quite believe her but Ray said they should check it out next time a kid gets adopted and they did, so then they realized they were in a farm being raised to be food
Conny survived, after a while she found Y/N and lived with her and the other kids Y/N had saved!
Now Y/N is the "mother" of five kids :)
