Chapter 1

"WISTERIA!!! ARE YOU DONE YET?!" My sister yelled. "ALMOST. WAIT A DAMN SECOND" I yelled back. "OH MY FUCKING GOD." She sighed. "SHUT UP. GO AWAY" I groaned. "UGH FINE" She yelled at me as she stormed away.

That was my sister. Her name is Historia

I stepped out of the bathroom. "Gods. why did that take you so long? AND YOU JUST WORE THE NORMAL UNIFORM." Historia yelled at me

"Oh shut up, you act like you dont take a minimum of an hour in the bathroom." I retorted "Fuck you. We're gonna be late now." She said, angry at me. I roll my eyes before picking up my backpack and putting on my shoes.

~Timeskip to school~

{have you heard this rumor? A young girl by the name of Hanako-san, she wears a red skirt and she has a bobcut. She lives inside the girls bathroom on the second floor in the third stall. You can summon her by knocking on the stall door 3 times and saying Hanako-San, Hanako-san, Hanako-san, and she will come out and grant you 1 wish, but that wish will cost you greatly}

"HISTORIA!!!"I yelled for her from the end of the hallway. "WHAT" she yelled back. "LET'S TRY SUMMONING HANAKO-SAN!" I giggle. "SURE" She yelled as she ran to me.

I knocked on the door while chanting; "Hanako-san, Hanako-san, Hanako-san.."

"Here I am~" A small voice said

"'Kay i'm leaving. this is a waste of time." She said annoyingly. "Suit yourself." I shrugged. Historia picked up her backpack and left the bathroom.

Hmm? I heard something.. I guess it was just my ears..

"Over here~" I heard the voice say again

I felt something graze my shoulder. I shuddered and turned around. I was met with a little boy with brown hair, orange eyes and he was wearing a cap. "W-who are you!"I asked shakily. "I'm Hanako-San of the bathroom, the seventh wonder of the school. Nice to meet you!" He replied happily. I stared at him. "Aren't you supposed to be a girl with a bobcut and a red skirt?" I asked him. "Those things are out of fashion these days" He smiled. "Fashion? But you're a ghost." I said he shrugged

"Right you're supposed to grant me a wish, I have a wish in mind" I said blushing. "hehe~ what's your wish?" he giggled. "I have a crush on this kid.. His name is C/N (crushes name) I want him to return those feelings.." I blushed as I said that

"Okay~ I have just the thing!" He said happily. He took out a book. I looked down at it and then back up at his face. "Uh.. whats that?" I asked. "It's a book." He said nonchalantly.  I picked up my backpack and was about to walk out. "I can't tell, is this a joke?" I asked him slightly annoyed. "no..?" he said slowly. "Oh yeah and by the way I ate one of these candies." I held up the pouch of mermaid scales.

His eyes widened "SPIT IT OUT!!" he yelled. I looked at him frantically. "I swallowed it already!!" I said while trying to perform the heimlich maneuver on myself.

"GRAB ANOTHER ONE AND TRY TO GIVE IT TO YOUR CRUSH." he said frantically.

Then you ran outside to find C/N. You found him and hid behind the wall. You heard a girl confess to him, but then you blacked out. When you woke up, you found yourself in a fish tank and Hanako-san smiling creepily at it. You then looked at the mirror and realized you had turned into a fish. "Hanako? what did you do..?" I asked him.

"what do you mean "What did i do." You're the one that ate the fish scale and didn't give it to your crush in time, so you turn into a fish." he said matter-of-factly. 

"IS THIS PERMANENT?!" I sobbed. Before he gets the chance to answer, the ground rumbles. "What's happening?! Why are the desks falling into a void?!" I sobbed louder.

"The mermaid has come to collect you. Her new servant. Fishes are mermaid servants." He replied. An extremely large and fat fish sprout out of the void. I looked at it up and down and try to hold in my giggles. "w-why does it look like that?!" I say laughing.

The fat fish snatched your tank and was about to leave. "Wait. I haven't granted her, her wish yet, can you wait a little bit so i can grant her wish?" Hanako tried to reason with it. "NO." it's voice boomed. "Alright, i guess i'll have to take her by brute force too" he shrugged before taking a kitchen knife out of his uniform. 

He then cut the mermaid and then the mermaid went back into the void and left. As your tank was falling he dove and caught you in your tank. He then set you back at the windowsill. "Well, you still have your wish. Do you want to turn back into a human?" He asked. "Y-yes!!" I begged

"Okay, but you'll have to pay me with.."

"Your body."
