3rd Person POV

In a brilliant tornado of fire, Hanzo Hasashi, to some still known as Scorpion, appeared. His chain remained hooked to his belt, all the while still restraining a groggy Soran. Although, injury didnt seem to be the cause of his...blunderous state, slurring random spouts of gibberish, and nearly retching on the floor every thirty seconds.

Breathing in the moist, cool air, Hanzo removed his imposing mask, it disappearing in a burst of flame, and slowly lowered his hood, eyes closed as he took a rare breath of the fresh air.

Truth is he still wore the mask almost everywhere, especially after the calamity that ruined the realms, and condemned himself and the Shirai Ryu to this wretched world. He found himself often fighting to protect his clan, and he took care never to show his face when he did. He only removed it in places he deemed Sanctuary. Places where he could afford to lower his guard.

Opening his eyes once more, he gazed upon one of said sanctuaries. A large temple, secluded in a patch of dense forest, the home of a fierce ninja clan he once called enemies, but now were his proud allies. It didn't live up the the temple they had in earthrealm, but he figured it was as good a home as any in such a strange place.

Before he could knock on the ornate wooden door, it was already open, with another man stepping out from the shadowed door frame. He and Hanzo looked quite similar, and were it not for key differences in their overall appearance, one might even confuse the two.

Kuai Liang: "Welcome, Grandmaster Hasashi."

Kuai Liang, the current holder of the mantle of SubZero, bowed to Hanzo in respect with Hanzo returning the courtesy

Kuai Liang, the current holder of the mantle of SubZero, bowed to Hanzo in respect with Hanzo returning the courtesy. Then the Lin Kuei grandmaster spoke, his gravely but strong voice serving to voice his vexed expression.

Kuai: "Hanzo...While I am grateful our differences were set aside, and I proudly call you my brother in arms, im afraid I cant just turn a blind eye to you appearing on my doorstep with a seemingly drunken child in chains..."

Seemingly undisturbed by his compatriots comment, Hanzo Hasashi dropped the end of the chain he was dragging Soran with, the boy flopping onto the stone doorstep, groaning for a moment before a slur of unintelligible garbage spewed from his mouth.
