**Cammy's P.O.V**

Jack and I have never been happier. We're closer than ever before. Sure we've had our rough days, but they only make us stronger. Fans have started to accept the fact we're together, and I'm happy about that. Jack and Jack have been making it far in their career together. They have millions of fans, and they're still growing. They're getting ready to release their album, and they're on tour. I've been touring with them, and I actually sing with them.

I never thought I would sing in front of people, but Jack really encouraged me to. He's been here with me every step of the way, and I couldn't ask for a better supporter. We are playing sold out arenas, and it's crazy! Jack has even started talking about our future together, and he's been really secretive lately. It feels like he's planning something with Jack J, but who knows! After this tour, Jack has planned for us to go on a vacation. He is letting me pick where we go, but I'm not exactly sure yet.

**Ashley's P.O.V**

Matt and I have been having problems, but nothing major. We are still going strong, and we plan on being together for a long time. We're always hanging out together, and just having fun. Thanks to Matt, I feel confident in myself. He has been my best friend, and I couldn't thank him enough. I think he could be my soul mate, my other half.

This is the best relationship I've ever been in. Who would've thought that my idol would become my boyfriend. Definitely not me. He is my life, and nothing will ever change that. Matt and I are actually planning on touring here soon. We will be joining a few of the other guys also. Matt has been talking about me possibly moving in with him once I'm done with high school, and I'm not opposed to the idea. Hopefully it will help us only become stronger.

**Cassie's P.O.V**

Dillon and I have actually broken up. However, we are best friends. We just didn't work together. I'm now dating Shawn, which is amazing. I'm always here supporting him, and he's always supporting me. Shawn is still getting bigger in the music career. He is currently headlining his own tour, and he's playing in huge sold out arenas also.

Some of his new songs include Never Be Alone and A Little Too Much. I'm so proud of him because he's living out his dream. He's also making thousands of girls happy. Plus, he treats me like a princess! He's the best boyfriend you could ever ask for. Dillon on the other hand, we talk almost everyday. I know I can count on him for advice, and he's always here. I love him, just in a friend way though.

**Dylan's P.O.V**

Nash and I are so close now. We're touring with Cameron and the other guys from 26Mgmt. It's so much fun! I started getting into Vine when Nash made a few with me in them. I kept gaining followers, and I thought I might try it out. I'm glad I did.

Nash and Cameron are so funny while on tour. They have such a close friendship like Bella and I used to have. However, we never talk anymore. After all of us went our own ways, we ended up losing communication. I feel really bad about it, but I'm sure she's doing perfectly fine. Nash has been keeping me plenty of company, but I don't always love the pranks. He is constantly pranking me if not one of the guys. All I can do though is laugh about it.

**Grace's P.O.V**

I'm honestly the happiest I've ever been. I did leave LA the week Cameron and I became close. We promised we would keep this relationship going, and we are. We're still a happy couple.

He's honestly the sweetest guy ever. He flies out to be with me as often as he can. I also fly out to see him whenever I'm not busy with school or family. Also, yes, he has met my family. Everyone loves him, including my sisters. He's so sweet with them.

Whenever we aren't together, we still make an effort. We will either call, text, or facetime each other. No matter what, he finds a way to cheer me up. I can say I officially love him. He's told me that he loves me as well. After his tour, he will be staying in Minnesota with me for a month. This made me so happy because it will be a month of growing closer and having fun!

**Bella's P.O.V**

I ended up losing all of my friends. I haven't talked to Taylor since that day in the park, and I don't plan on it either. He always tries to tweet, text, call me, or etc. I never answer though, he hurt me in unexplainable ways.

In fact, I'm hurting more than ever before. The only person I ever talk to is Jacob, and I'm lucky if we even talk once every other month. I have no one left. Everyone has left me because I'm not good enough. Everyone who used to pick on me was right. I'm useless, and the world would be a better place if I wasn't here.

I already made my decision, and no one would be able to change it. I have already written the letters for everyone explaining what impact they had on my life. I know no one will miss me. I had everything planned out. I was ready for all of the pain to end.

I had the pill in my hand. No one was home, so now was the perfect time. No one would be able to stop me. I turned on the music I had picked. I brought the pills up to my mouth. I swallowed the pills. Right before I passed out, I heard someone yelling.

"Please don't do it Bella!" Jacob yelled.

"I'm sorry," I whispered.

**Jacob's P.O.V**

I had an off day today, and I wanted to surprise Bella. We started talking a little again, but not a lot. I just thought it would be awesome to surprise her. As soon as I got there, I knocked on the front door. No one answered, so I decided to walk in. I went up to her room since no one was downstairs.

As soon as I got up there, I didn't see her in her bedroom. I started walking to the bathroom, and there I saw her. She had pills up to her mouth, and she just swallowed them.

"Please don't do it Bella!" I yelled.

"I'm sorry," was the last thing I heard her whisper, tears streaming down her face.

I ran over to her side, and there was blood. Her head had hit the floor. I was crying so bad at this point, she wasn't breathing. I called 911, and they were sending an ambulance. I tried shaking her.

"Please don't leave me Bella! I love you so much, I don't want to lose you!" I now had tears escaping my eyes.

The ambulance got here, and they asked me what happend. I told them, and they loaded her up quickly. They took her to the hospital. All I could do was sit in the waiting room waiting for the answer. Her parents arrived later once they were called. They saw me in the waiting room, and they asked if the doctor had come out yet. I told them no.

Before I left her house, I saw letters sitting on her bed. I grabbed them, and I read through them. I can't believe her life was so bad that she couldn't stand it anymore. I blame myself for not always being here for her. I just hope she wakes up. I contacted all of her old friends, and the guys. They were all surprised, but they were going to fly out on the next flight here.

After sitting out here for what seemed like hours, the doctor finally came out.

"Hello, family of Ms. Isabella Rose." the doctor said aloud.

"Is she okay?" all of us rushed over.

"I'm sorry to inform you but -"

That's officially it! This is the last chapter. I'm sorry about the ending, and it's getting left in a cliff hanger. Maybe if enough of you want, I will make a sequel later on. However, I'm in the middle of writing a new fanifc! I will let you know when the first chapter is posted.
