"Dammit I fell asleep in the middle of the dang episode!" me and and Niall both said in unison.

"Oh well Nialler we can have a Pretty Little Liars marathon today...and Starbucks! Want me to go?" I'm probably just going to end up going to the store and buying a bunch of food for our PLL 'marathon'.

"Brooke I'll come with ya coz I don't want you to go alone and I want to make sure you get good food."
"Wow Niall thanks for caring about the food I get and not me."

"I care for ya I just care about food too!" Niall made me so happy he made laugh he put a smile on my face always "it's me or food" I said dramatically "oh thanks! So now your going to play the Twilight Edward and Jacob card on me huh well played my friend well played"

"I know well played sweetheart BOOM! Now can we go or not?"
"Ya Brooke we can go your the one stopping us"

Niall and I walked to the grocery store and bought a bunch of 'good' food like pickles,salt and vinegar chips,Doritos,Oreos,Ben & Jerry's.

before we reach the cash register I here my phone ringing the ring tone that was for Regan. 'Heres to Never Growing Up.' I picked up

"Heyy Reggggyy"

"Hey Brookie,where the did Reggggy come from?"

"I don't know really I got tired of Reg so Regggyyy. Vas Happinin?!"

"Okay I don't wanna talk it all out over the phone sooo can I come over?"

"yeah me and Niall are just getting food we were gonna have a 'Pretty Little Liars' marathon but-you can come over for a bit"

"Pretty Little Liars Marathon! and you don't tell me okay I see how it is-I'll be there in 5"

then she hung up I wonder what she was wanting to tell me guess I'll find out when she gets here but I kind of wanted to spend time with Ni.

he may be in my arms and here now but I feel like somehow he's gonna slip away from me I can't lose him Niall James Horan means to much to me to be lost forever this feeling makes me feel empty.

"Brooklyn are you okay?" Niall asked
"Yeah Ni I'm fine what makes you think I'm not?" Did I do something does my expression look sad? "No princess your just crying so i didn't know"

that made the thoughts of my parents come back my dad used to call me princess when I was younger it brought him back to my mind.

"Once upon a time..." I heard my fathers voice in my head reading me bedtime stories about castles,princesses,and happy endings not everyone has there happy ending.

"there was a princess named Brooklyn-" my father continued his story "that's me daddy! I'm a princess" I screamed as I jumped into my bed in my princess dress up clothes "yes you are where was I...oh yeah...She was kind to one and all in her small kingdom one day there was a boy that lived in the village the princess admired his kindness it was just like hers the village boy and the princess became best friends and then soon on fell in love and they lived happily ever after" then I would always close my eyes and my father would kiss my forehead and then I would drift to sleep.

Even when I was older 10 years old I would make him tell me that story even on the last day of my daddy's life my father was like my best friend me and my mom were close but not as close as me and my dad I was a daddy's girl.

I thought forever that Niall was my village boy I didn't think of him as lower class or bad I always loved him but he was my village boy my dad was talking about in 'our story'

"Brooke calm down are you okay?!" I fell to the ground in a fit of sobs "he's gone Niall he's gone and I miss him so much" I needed to let it out again I still couldn't believe he was gone they were gone I would always think they were on vacation even thought they are gone even if I can't see them I know there here but i want to see my parents again be able to hug them in a bear hug
Embrace but I couldn't for many years I had my moments like this sometimes.

"Brooklyn I'm always here okay you know that right?" I here my dad's voice say that every time I have one of these moments I don't know if it's him or just a flashback I always hope it's him but..

"Brooke it's okay it's okay shhhh" Niall cooed "hold me hold me hold me together it hurts it hurts it still does it always will" I look into Niall's eyes pain flashed in his expression "I'll always be here Brooklyn.....always" then he started softly singing the song 'Warrior by Demi Lovato'

cuz now I'm a warrior and I've got thicker skin I'm a warrior stronger then I've ever been and my amour is made of steel you can't get in I'm a warrior and you will never hurt me again

"Always?"
"Always"

My wet tearful eyes started to get droopy and I fell asleep in his arms again.

3 days later

Niall had been acting different something was up i had to find out but the way Niall was walking up to me I realized I was about to find out.

"Brooklyn I have to tell you something but don't get mad okay?"

"Okay but I don't know why I would get mad."

"Well...ermm...I'm going to...audition for the X-Factor"

"oh my gosh! Niall that's great! I'm so happy for you why did you think I would get mad?"

"Because I told you on such a short notice.."

"When are you auditioning?"

"The day after tomorrow."

"Oh."

"I want to but I'll never get to see you"

"Niall your not giving up your dream for me! You go and do this I know you'll win Niall your amazing they wouldn't turn ya down your voice is beautiful they wouldn't say no.."

"Thanks Brooklyn"

"Not being awkward or pushy but I'm staying with you you know that."

We both start laughing when Niall laughed it made me smile he had the cutest laugh.

"Yeah course' your staying with me that was a dumb thing to say I'll always be with you when I become a famous singer you'll be there I'll pull you around you'll be my sidekick. Oh my gosh Brooke you will be Robin and I'll be Batman!"

"Yes!"

It was the day of the auditions I'm so proud of Niall doing this people need to hear him sing he's amazing the best I've ever heard I know he can win and he's so passionate about music he loves it so much he deserves this!

"C'mon Nialler to the Bat-Mobile!"

that got him to laugh and me to smile from ear to ear.

We drove to the place of where the auditions were held and Niall got a number and waited to audition before we knew it was Niall's turn

I heard Simon say "what's your name? Tell us a little bit about yourself who's all here with you?"

Niall answered "uh I'm Niall Horan and I live in Munguliar,Ireland and I'm here with my best friend Brookyln she's one of the reasons I wanted to audition I love to sing and I love music but she was the one who told me to follow my dreams and don't let anyone get I'm the way so I didn't and here I am today"

then began singing his song he sounded so amazing it sounded like an angel no lie his voice was mesmerizing.

Niall finished strong and then waited for the judges to make there choice
There was a Yes from Simon a Yes from Katy one No from one of the judges and another yes!

Niall was so happy "thank you,thank you so much I won't let ya down" he said then ran off stage to me.

"You did it Ni-Batman!"

"Couldn't have done it without you Robin" following that he kissed me on the cheek

then we just stood there backstage hugging my arms around him his arms around me.
