"Laura, you need to get out there again, Lenny wasn't the right guy for you. He just proved it by doing that to you, especially right in front of you" I was lying in my bed crying my heart out as I watched some girl walk up to my boyfriend Lenny & I and smash her lips with his, worst part?
He kissed her back, harder.
Right in-front of me.
"I know, but, it was so fast" What made it worse was the fact, as he walked away, he instantly sent a text to me, saying:
'We through, no hard feelings :)' he had a fucking cheek to send a smiley face, I'd like to shove that where the sun don't shine.
And after that, I received a new text, from Lenny again, saying the 7 words that instantly broke my heart.
'New girlfriend her name is crystal bennet' that made the tears flow quicker than I wanted them to. I just ran out of school, forgetting about the other 5 classes I had to attend.
I was to shocked to learn anything the now.
When I burst through my house door, I didn't have a chance to close it as my best friend Sarah, came rushing past the door, she looked at me, I didn't have to say anything.
"Laura, he ain't worth your tears, he really isn't. The fact he did this, means there is someone 20x times better out there either searching for you or waiting on you to arrive" I smiled at my best friend for being so supportive. I gave her a strong hug, she giggled slightly as she hugged a little tighter.
I didn't want to let her go just yet.
"Laura?" I pulled away from the hug to see Sarah looking sympatically, she placed her hand on my back and gently rubbed it.
"Sorry, I need help!" She shook her head.
"Hey! Let's skip school and grab something to eat at a restaurant, my treat.
I nodded, she smiled and got up.
"Firstly, I think you should freshen up. You've been crying for an hour" I highly agreed with her, I jumped to the bathroom and got myself washed and cleaned.
Now, I have to wear something nice, as Sarah and I are going to a restaurant.
